Laying Paving Fabric Beneath a Pavement Overlay Providing and laying paving fabric with physical requirements as per Table 700- 16 over a tack coat of paving grade Bitumen 80-100 penetration, laid at the rate of 1 kg per sqm over thoroughly cleaned and repaired surface to provide a water resistant membrane and crack retarding layer. Paving fabric to be free of wrinkling and folding and to be laid before cooling of tack coat, brooming and rolling of surface with pneumatic roller to maximise paving fabric contact with pavement surface

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 tonne per hour capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificationclause No. 507 complete in all respects (Grade-II)
