Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Providing and laying lime concrete with 20-25 mm Brick metal with 50% lime mortar 1 lime , 1 sand , 1 Surkhi , mixed with adhesive Bel gur sun and compaction of lime concrete till hardened curing etc. complete

75 mm thick rubbed red sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 sand : 1 surkhi) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with lime mortar 1:1:1(1 lime : 1 sand :1surkhi) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar.

Providing and fixing sloping chajja of stone 40 mm thick and upto 80 cm wide beyond the wall as measured along the slope in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi 1: Sand) with 12 mm diameter anchoring steel bar, 45 cm long, fixed in each stone and supported on and including with bricks cover in lime mortar, including pointing in with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : Red sand stone

Providing and fixing stone jali 40 mm thick throughout in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 coarse sand), including pointing in mortar with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, jali slab without any chambers etc. Red sand stone.

Providing 60-70 mm thck lime plaster in 1 lime, 1 sand , 1 Surkhi, mortor in two layer of 20 mm thick each layer i/c mixing of sun bel gur uraddal and mathi dana beating the plaster with thapies till it is hardened, scaffolding curring etc. complete. On terrace portion of Palaces.

Ruled/ Flush pointing on White sand stone masonry surface with lime, surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ratio of 1:1.5:1/2 {One lime : 1.5 surkhi (15% dark red and 85% light yellow surkhi) : 1/2 marble dust}. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).
