Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in mud complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Fly Ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old brick obtained from demolition shall be used in this item.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water roughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 (nominal mix) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beams, and coloumns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and similar works complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule/BOQ.

M&L for provinding precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note :- TMT bars shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Sch).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape, required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick and fair finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces on brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items of this Sch.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick each layer in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid Ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm , coloured, superior quality , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first or premium quality glazed ceramic designer tiles (minimum size 300mmx450mmx7mm to 8mm thick) coloured tiles on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles over 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surface on wall and finished the even and fair to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick M-40 grade factory made rubber moulded vibratory compacted cement concrete interlocking paver block in approved design and colour conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and side packing of paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for unpolished vitrified pavement tiles 300mm x300mm x12mm thick coloured for floor/pavement etc set and jointed in solvent and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Make :- (Somany (Durastone)/Kajaria/Endura).

M&L for vibratory compacted, Ultra coloured, factory made, rubber moulded cement concrete chequered tiles 300mm x300mm x25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/path etc finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazzo/tiles etc on brick wall or stone wall etc, including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposed off unserviceable material of out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of cement primer on old treated surface including preparation of surfaces by filling depression of scrapped sufaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima of Asian paint or equivalent make as specified in PS) white or tinted over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.
