Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Panel ,LT(415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply) CPRI approved/tested, factory assembled ,out door type, weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 3.15 mm (for external) and 2.00 mm (for internal) thick MS Sheet CRCA sheet with both side (front and back) hinged, double door opening for external, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted internally and externally with powder coating of grey shade (RAL-7032) as per seven tank process complete mounted on angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 5 mm legs 45 cm high above GL and 15 cm embedded in ground with and including blocks of PCC 1:2:4 type C1 of block size 30x30x30 cm comprising of the following. (a) Bus bar chamber having 4 nos air insulated Aluminium strip bus bars of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, bus bar must be colour coded heat shrinkable as well as outgoings shall have aluminium four pole (bus bar) of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual MCCBs. (b) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade, 630 amps rating 4 pole, 50 KA, Adjustable thermal and magnetic release specially fixed for incoming supply with overload ,short circuit and adjustable type (Ics=100%Icu).-01 No.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of flat iron, clamps, nuts, bolts & washer shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth electrode to bottom of the earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm x 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel , CI frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. Reinforcement in cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways. (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth wire including earth wire up to 7.5 Metre. (iii) Any variation of GI pipe and GI wire below or above 7.5 metre shall be adjusted through deviation. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel box (Kiosk), out door type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 phase, 4 wire supply, CPRI approved, factory assembled, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar 160 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet, outer & inner (2 mm thick) and 40 x40 x 6mm thick angle iron for base frame work, LT panel box should be powder coated including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable of appropriate sizes but not less than 4 sqmm, front opening type with provn for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement with 2 keys complete all as specified and directed

S & F PVC junction box for street light of size not less than 300mm x 200mmx 100mm made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate, having front side openable with locking arrangement and also provide 4 Nos aluminium busbar of rating 60 Amp and MCB 6 Amps single pole and provision of 2 No cable entry including fixing with proper MS flat clamp of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor of size 1.5sqmm 3 core fixed on pole/wall as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable route indicator of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 5 mm thick GI plate with insertion there on bolted welded to 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron 60 cm long and fronting the sae in ground with PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 as required for LT/HT cable including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- the rate for PCC shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. Nothing shall be extra paid to the contractor on this account

Dismantling of ACSR conductors and GI Earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe(DWC) confirming to IS 19430 Part -I complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes:-

size 80 mm bore pipe

M&L for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25 mm dia including fixing on pole/wall with fittings such as tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed of approved sample complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying underground pipe upto 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI/DWC pipe shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item including the cost of removal of surplus soil to distance of not exc. 50 M as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick. Etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning 230mm thickness with river dry sand (One layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm crushed graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable earthing by taking out plate and connected items including making good existing disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old unserviceable LT Panel of any size and type including making good existing disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable copper cable multistranded PVC insulated PVC Seathed 1.5 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed
