Taking up/down plants or vegetation growth from wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 150 sq cm superficial area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats /aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to disturbed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint / weather coat to match the existing surface upto forth floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting the new WALL surface complete all as specified and directed as follows :- (a) Surface Preparation- Preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls (b) Putty application- Applying a thin layer of wall care putty to obtain smooth and even finish after rubbing with emery paper (c) Priming surface- Applying one coat of alkali resistant primer (d) Painting- Applying two coats of oil bound distemper.(Premium Quality)

M & L for painting the NEW CEILING surface complete all as specified and directed as follows :- (a) Surface Preparation- Preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling. (b) Putty application- Applying a thin layer of wall care putty and achieve smooth surface after sanding. (c) Priming surface- Applying one coat of alkali resistant primer (d) Painting- Applying two coats of oil bound distemper.(Premium Quality)

M & L for painting the new wall surface white or tinted including scaffolding arrangement, trestles and ladders etc complete all as specified and directed as follows :- (a) Surface Preparation- Preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surfaces of walls (b) Putty application- NIL (c) Priming surface- NIL (d) Painting- Applying two coats of cement base paint.(Premium Quality)

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, with Mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and finished surface smooth, etc. by skilled labour and applying one coat of cement base paint (Premium Quality) on wall using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying cement base paint should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of old roof tiles ( Mangalore tiles / taylor tiles) of pattern as specified and applying one coat of water based exterior paint (Premium Quality) with approved make complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Area measured flat, no addition shall be made for corrugations, offsets, etc (ii) Rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding required upto height of 20mtr and safety equipment required as per safety norms.
