S/R to T2 MDR to Sarakhia road for the year 2025-26

Providing laying and compacting of WBM Sub base/ base course including preparation and compaction of sub base and spreading of clean and crushed aggregate to proper grade and camber including application of screening for interlocking, watering and rolling with power roller as per the direction of EIC.

Cleaning the existing granular base surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc complete.

Providing & applying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.40kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface including all cost, carriage, royality of materials labour, T& P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc complete.

Providing & applying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface including all cost, carriage, royality of materials labour, T& P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page -175 item - 47

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Kms, Spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (AR-06, P-157,item no-35)

Providing and spreading moorum in road berms watering and consolidation with HRR rammer etc. comple all other machineries, cost, conveyance & royality of materials with all labour, T& P and cess required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In Charge

Providing & laying reinforced cementconcrete M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixingin position including painting & printing etc. complete and as per drawing & technical specification clause 1703 of MORD and as per direction of the Engg. in. charge.(i. Ordinary kilometer stone)

Supplying and fixing 15cm Dia 1.0 mtr long Guard post of R.C.C (1:2:4) using 7.5 kg of steel for each guard post with 12mm size black granite chips as per approved design & placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge complete as directed by the Engineer-In Charge

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement 45cm X 45cm X 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing (i. 900mm Equilateral Triangle)
