REPAIRS TO SUNKEN FOORS OF CERTAIN BULIDINGS OF MD ACCN IN CHUNABHATTI NAVY NAGAR NOFRA AND CIVILIAN OFFICERs MD OTM ACCN AREA UNDER AGE BR I AT NAVAL STN KARANJA

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall (ceramic/mosaic) tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling hole in RCC wall / beam upto 300mm long and fixing 25mm dia CPVC pipe 600mm long, grouting with water proofing compound of approved manufacturer mixed with cement as per manufacturer instructions by injection pressure gruoting to prevent the leakages from sunken floor & making good the hole to match the surface with colour cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- The contractor has to carryout one more drilling if earlier grouting is not carried out effectively / to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge, at his own cost.

M&F for cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm over 15 mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on bottom / sides of RCC, complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom, complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Then Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations. After Apply second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers, complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i). The treatment shall also be provided over side wall upto a heigth of 300 mm above FFL (ii). Water proofing treatment will be carried out through authorised applicators approved by GE and testing charge shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates of this item. (iii). Ponding test shall be carried out after completion of chemical treatment, without any extra cost to the Department.

M& L for appplying two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion After laying of CI connections complete all as specified and directed

M&L for filling of PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40mm size broken brick aggregate after carrying out required test for joints / water leakage & sepage, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished the surfaces fair & even to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.
