SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Construction of WP Ammunition Building)

Construction of WP ammunition Store with RCC 1:1.5:3, slab, column and plinth beam incl 4 Nos RCC water storage tank internal size 1.50 X 1.50 X 1.00 Mtr with 12 mm thick wall with 10mm dia rod at 12 cm spacing C/C double jalli incl 6 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 with WPC compound etc, completed in all respect f as per sepcifications and drawing number. (Drawing No. HQ DGAR/AATO/WP AMN SHED/13.2X6m/OSR/01-03 and sheet no. 1/3-3/3. (Note : Irrespective whatever shown on drg and BOQ the building shall be completed in all respects.)

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Construction of RCC Water Torage Tank)

Construction of RCC Water Storage Tank with RCC wall and top slab in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix , 6mm thick cement plaster with water proofing copmound mix etc complete all as per Drawing (Drawing No. 6 SECT/ENGR/53A, Sheet No. 1/1) and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - III (SITE DEVELOPMENT)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge in all Kind of Soil.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - IV (Storm Water Drain)

Earth work in excavation in fdn trenches incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work up to plinth 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - V (Construction of Footpath)

Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width aswell as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying 63 mm to 45 mm size stone agg, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd density.

Supply and stacking at site of 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd density.

Supply and stacking at site of stone screening 13.2 mm nominal size (Type A)

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - VI (Protective wall)

Earth work in excavation in fdn trenches incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade with cement mortar 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agge 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size agg) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing and constructing of RR masonry wall with hard stone in foundation and superstructure incl leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) with CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with raised and cut pointing.

Providing and fixing on wall unplasticised rigid PVC pipes 75 mm dia weep holes.

Centering and shuttering incl strutting, propping etc complete and removal of form work for copping.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes 50 mm dia complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.

Providing and fixing 50 mm dia gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end).

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Constuction of RCC Sentry Post)

Construction of Sentry Post (G+I) with RCC Columns, MS Truss with PPGI Sheet Roofing, Brick walls, PCC flooring, Plinth Protection with drain, Doors and Windows, Internal Electrifications etc complete as per shown in Drawing (Drawing No. 6SECT/ENGR/42, Sheet No. 1/2 and 2/2) and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Constuction of RCC Guard Room)

Construction of Guard Room (G) with RCC Columns, RCC roof slab, APP Roof treatment, Brick walls, Vitrified floor tiling, Plinth Protection with drain, Doors and Windows, Internal Electrifications, Plumbing and Sanitary fittings, Lightening conductor, Telephone conduits etc complete as per shown in Drawing (Drawing No. 6 Sect/Engr/52 Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2) and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) incl attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets etc

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)with Silicone additives of required shade.

Construction of 20 Users Septic Tank with Brick wall, RCC top slab with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand :3 stone aggregates of 20 mm size), plastering with a floating coat of neat cement finish in Cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound mix etc complete as per shown in Drawingas per DGAR Drg No. STD/Engr/05/09, Sheet - 1/1 and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and fixing of 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes CPVC pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints etc complete.

Providing and fixing on wall unplasticised rigid PVC pipes incl jointing with seal ring, single socketed pipes of 110 mm dia.

Providing and fixing on wall unplasticised rigid PVC pipes incl jointing with seal ring, single socketed pipes of 75 mm dia.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design, Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) of 25 mm nominal bore.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - VIII (External Electrification)

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing LED Flood light 120 W IP 65 to existing poles including bracket, nut bolts etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing Steel TubularSwaged Poles type 410 SP-22 (8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial including earth cutting for foundation, cement concrete with 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 stone aggregates of 20mm nominal size) and form work etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and fixing 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 ways, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).
