Loading of damaged 63 KVA HT/LT Al. Transformer into private load carrier from WSS Reypora arranged by the firm using channels and skilled/semi-skilled labours then shifting it to workshop for conducting repairs. Dis-assembling of transformer after opening of top lid/cover plate, hauling of the cell from the MS tank, opening of inner core channels and dismantling of the damaged phase legs using special tools and tackles and skilled/semi-skilled labours. Then shifting back of the repaired transformer to the site of work after repairs. The job includes installation of HT Transformer on the two pole structure bed and testing of HT Transformer on load using special tools and tackles and skilled/semi-skilled labours. (each transformer)
Complete rewinding of damaged (01) HT leg (each leg comprising of 03 No. coils) using Al-coils of proper gauge and specification. The job includes tapping of reminded phase legs using cotton tape/varnishing etc. (each transformer)
Complete rewinding of damaged LT Leg Strip wire using Al-Strip wire of proper gauge and specification. The job includes tapping of reminded phase legs using cotton tape/varnishing etc. (each transformer)
Dehydration of moisture from the core by way of heat treatment of same in the electric oven at least for 24 Hours. (each transformer)
Reassembling of the cell closing of the inter case channels and lowering of the cell assembly in the MS tank, fixing of the top core plate using cork gasket, nuts and bolts complete, then testing on full load at site of work. (each transformer)
filling of fresh T-Oil of appropriate strength and specifications T-oil will be provided by the deportment.
Fabrication, P/F of top lid gasket to the transformer including replacement of worn-out nuts-bolts. (each transformer)
Providing and fitting of LT bush rods complete assembly after extraction of old damaged ones. (each transformer)
Providing and fitting of HT bush rods complete assembly after extraction of old damaged ones. (each transformer)
Note:- The old damaged material shall be property of the firm and shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old scrap/material
