Note: (Nothing extra shall be paid on account of payment of royalty charges of Moorum including all leads and lifts involved in the execution of this item. Payment to be made for compacted quantity only).

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling Boulder /gravels of size range 40 mm to100 mm, in the pit in layers largers stone at bottom and smaller at top of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.60m at the entry of PVC pipe fixed in Random Rubble masonry , for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note the payment for PVC pipe shall be made seperately.)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Removal of stone pitching and collecting the same at the places as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Coursed rubble masonry with available stones (Stone to be provided by AAI) in foundation and plinth including in foundation and plinth: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Excavation for earth work in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting & loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross section and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead within Airport Premises including construction of embankment with excavated earth at locations by spreading soil in layer not excading 20 cm in loose including breaking chods, watering and consolidating each layer with roller.
