Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation laying of cables etc and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC cable protection cover, class HV, type - 1, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for HT UG cable and gap between adjacent cover not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, type - I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mat 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m x 2mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for outdoor type fire point stand made out of 1 inch thick MS square tube with roof/ canopy of min. size 3 ft x 2 ft CRC/ Galvanized sheet, height min. 3.5 ft x3 ft wide, 4 hooks to hang 4 standard size buckets , plastic/rubber rommet provided at each hole including bucket made from atleast 24 SWG sheet with bracket fixing on the stand conforming to IS-2546 complete in red color fully powder coated and "FIRE" printed on roof/canapy and on each bucket on both side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of solar DC cable connector complete set as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 6 Sqmm DC cable double insulated low voltage UV and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated single core cable 150 sqmm suitable for DC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated single core cable 240 sqmm suitable for DC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for operation and maintenance of existing SCADA system of 1MWp solar power plant with and including making operational existing SCADA system and its associated services complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The maintenance period of SCADA will be same as the period of Contract Agreement. (ii) Contractor shall submit the daily generation report to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of solar PV modules (qty -3135 No ) 320 Wp each for any dust or dirt. All T&P required for cleaning the PV modules are deemed to be included in overall rate quoted by the contractor. Note:- (i) Any damage done to the PV module during cleaning shall be replaced by the contractor at his own expense. (ii) All PV modules (qty - 3135 No) shall be cleaned by contractor every month.

Supply, install, commissioning for 320 Wp monocrytalline PV modules suitable to be used in existing solar power plant of capacity 1 MWp complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge. Note :- The PV modules shall be conforming to latest MNRE policy and OEMs.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing 80mm light grade galavanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing 100mm light grade galavanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe light grade for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for relaying/ rerouting including taking down unserviceable HT XLPE cable upto 240 sqmm from trench of any size and any type after fault detection ncluding necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation work measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Material and labour for dismantling/ disconnecting electric connection of underground HT, XLPE Cable, 11KV upto 240 Sqmm from both sides and locating the fault in HT cable of any size/ type with fault locating machine in the entire length and removing the moisture from HT cable charging the HT cable with the help of modern fault detector eqipment by reputed agency and reconnecting and commissioning of cable after testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house after liaising with Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Maintenance/ repair shall be carried out by authorised service engineer as approved by GE. (iii) All measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. The cost of same shall deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. (iv) Any other activity/ minor items not listed/ covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of system will have to be arranged by Contractor himself and for this purpose no extra cost shall be paid. (v) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in this item. (vi) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/ fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbally. (vii) Thereafter Rs. 1000/- will be added every day till rectification of fault or replacement of unserviceable spares as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, intsall commissioning and testing of outdoor HT Feeder pillar box suitable for upto 1 incoming and 3 outgoing HT cables 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet weather and vermin proof CPRI approved with copper bus bar 800 Amps suitable for HT cable 11 KV 3 core of size upto 185 sqmm including provision of cable entries with glands locking arrangements and angle iron frame and legs of 90 cm long using 60x60x6 mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 base of appropriate size with and including neccessary excavation earth work, PCC etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of HT/LT cable route indicator made out of round CI embossed plate 100 mm dia 6 mm thick duly riveted with angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm and 60 cm long with and including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm for embedding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth) pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical palte No 3 of SSR Part-I connected earthing test point/panel all as specified including PCC earth chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cast iron frame with CI cover, funnel and wire mesh excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- GI Pipe/ earth strip upto 7.5 mtrs shall be inclusive in quoted rate of the item.

Material and labour for cleaning of area around the switch gears, transformers and sub station etc. including removing grass, trees, roots/ shrubes etc. upto 100 sqm and also removing extra soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor.
