Demolition of brick work or stone/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar etc and removing debris outside MD Land complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for, Walling of Random Rubble stone masonry, using Bangalore type stone obtained from demolition, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM(1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Serviceable stones obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item.

Taking down cement plastering of any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, removal of rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces in cement mortar(1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV Resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The Bldgs in which repairs are to be carried out are of G+4, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Material and labour for preparing of old plastered surfaces of Walls and applying one coat of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and above but to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.90mm complete.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in pavings, plinth protection, hard standing, etc., laid in panels, joints filled with mix of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, with surfaces of concrete finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-bases, surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position and Supply and fixing new Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

Material and labour for preparing the old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished concrete materials etc. to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination exc 5.0 km total distance up to10KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing double steel scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building /structure/ over head tank, upto 12 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with minimum 40mm dia M.S. Tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre(maximum), horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. Tube challis, M.S. Clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. And maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of GE. Note:- (1) The elevational area of structure ( length /breath of building X height of building) cover with scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment shall be made one time only for execution of all items each face of building /structure. (3) After completion of work all scaffolding materials shall be removed from building /structure by the contractor and the same shall be the property of the contractor and accordingly rate shall be quoted.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete materials including cover plaster from slabs beams columns, lintel, chajja, fin, facia etc. by any means as directed by Engr in Charge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by an including foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris outside MOD land and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Thickness of concrete surface shall be measured only) for 25mm average thickness for slabs/chajja

Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 12 mm dia from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap) by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar all as complete as per manufacturer's instruction as specified and as directed for upto 12 mm dia of bar. The work is to be carried out only by authorised applicator approved by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing existing reinforcement surface by brush and application of two component epoxy zinc rich primer on existing reinforcement surface of minimum specific gravity 1.75, adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50N/mm2 and maximum coverage area 5.00 Sqm per litre complete all as specified and directed. The work is to be carried out only by authorised applicator approved by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC beam, lintels, columns and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including binding, bending to required shape and fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Only depth of insertion into the concrete shall be measured. for Upto 12 mm dia of bar

The work is to be carried out only by authorised applicator approved by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- This item shall be executed where shuttering is not possible or small patch repairs of structural elements . for up to 25mm average thickness as in column/beam/slab/lintel

Material and labour for applying high efficency polymeric resin based film forming curing agent/compound over concrete surfaces and maximum coverage area 5 Sqm per ltr as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. The work is to be carried out only by authorised applicator approved by Engineer -in-charge.

" Supply and application Cementitious Grouting Integral proofing liquid admixure for concrete & mortar at a dosage of 125 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement and injecting /grouting with high pressure grouting pump through non return PVC nozzle prefix with rapid setting cementitious Plugging Mortar at a C/C Distance of Maximum 600 mm to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the dlow of grout stops or snows refusal of grout flows out from adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried out through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. The grouting holes to be finished by removing the protruded portion nozzle and finishing flush with the surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge".
