MANNING AND OPERATION OF STP 25 CUM/DAY AT MES KEY PERSONNEL QTRS AND STP 800 CUM DAY AT SOUTH CAMP INCLUDING OPERATION OF DG SETS AT ATS SAMBRA BELAGAVI

Maintenance and Operation of MBBR based Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 800 CUM/Day at South Camp and self-contained sewage treatment plant of capacity 25 m3/day at MES key personnel quarters along with the under mentioned electric driven non clog submersible pump sets, aerators and other connected control panels with accessories, auxiliary systems and controls in a shift of eight hours at ATS, Sambra, Belgaum alongwith the undermentioned with teritary treatment complete all as specified and comprising of following:- Bar Screen chamber and bar screen, Oil and Grease Trap Chamber(Stilling Chamber), Equalisation tank, Raw sewage non clog Pump Anoxic chamber, Moving bed bio reactor tank two in Nos including Bio Reactor media, Air Grid, air blower and other acessories, Recirculation Pump, Intermediate tank, Tube settler, chlorine contact cum filter feed unit, sludge holding tank, sludge pumps, Centrifuge, filter feed pumps, Dual media filter, Activated Carbon filter, Treated water tank of 100000 litres capacity including clear water pump of cpacity of 15 HP -02 Nos and other connected control panels with accessories, auxiliary systems and controls in a shift of eight hours on all days including Sundays and Holidays by engaging 1 No qualified FGM (Pump operator, Semi Skilled) in each shift with required tools for carrying out necessary operation of equipments/installations including cleaning, greasing, checking and tightening of bolts and nuts and provision of all sundry materials like cotton waste, grease, etc. all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge Note:- Work to be carried out in 02 (two) shifts 0600 hrs to 1400hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.

(A) Installation/Equipments to be operated:- (a) Moving Bed Bio reactor based Sewage treatment Plant consists of the following plants/equipments: (800Cum/day Capacity). (i) Bar Screen chamber and bar screen. (ii) Oil and Grease Trap Chamber(Stilling Chamber). (iii) Equalisation tank. (iv) Raw sewage Pump 3 HP, Anoxic chamber and agitator motor 0.37KW,3Phase. (v) Moving bed bio reactor including Bio Reactor media, (vi) Air Grid, air blowe 660 Cum/Hour- 02 Nos and Air Blower induction Motor. 25 HP, 3 Phase 50 HZ. -02 Nos. (vii) Intermediate tank. (viii) Tube settler. (ix) Centrifuge Pump of Capacity 2 HP 01 Nos. (x) Poly electrolyte dozing Pump -01 Nos (xi) Chlorine contact cum filter feed unit and chlorine dosing pump -01 Nos. (xii) Sludge holding tank, (xiii) Dual media filter, Activated Carbon filter. (xiv) Filter Feed Pump 7.5 HP, 3 Phase 50 HZ -02 Nos. (xv) Treated water tank of 100000 litres capacity. (xvi) Treated water Pump of capacity 15 HP - 02 Nos (xvii) DG Set of capacity 100 KVA-01 Nos. (xviii) All connected Control Panels, pipe lines and control valves inside sewage treatment plant and testing equipments.

(b) The following plants / equipments of Moving Bed Bio Reactor sewage Treatment Plant are to be Operated:- (i) ReCircualtion Pump, 3 Phase, MonoBlock Pump Set-02 Nos. (ii) Raw Sewage Pump 3 HP Non Clog submersible Pumpset- 02 Nos. (iii) Sludge Pump 0.5 HP Monoblock, 3 Phase. (iv) Filter Feed Pump 7.5 HP, 3 Phase Monoblock -02 Nos, (v) Air Blower 660 Cum/Hour.-02 Nos. Air Blower induction Motor25 HP, 3 Phase. (vi) Centrifuge Pump of capacity 2.0 HP-01 Nos (vii) Treated water Pump 15 HP 3 Phase-02 Nos. (viii) DG Set of Capacity 100 KVA.-01 Nos (ix) The FGM will also the responsible of operation of stand by DG Set during failure of electricity or in event of low voltage of capacity 100KVA, 415V, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM with control panel installed at STP of capacity 800 KLD premises (South Camp) in a shift of Eight Hours on all days including sundays and Holidays.

The following are deemed to be included in the quoted rates: (i) Regular backwash Activated Carbon Filter, Dual Media Filter and maintaining its records. (iv) Cleaning of sorrouding area and inside premises and including cutting of grass/Vegetation for keeping the installation neat and clean. (v) Maintaining proper log book of every machineries. (vi) Removing of Sludge cake to a distances not exceding 50 Mtr and deposit in a proper predetermined spaces all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (vii) Cleaning of Airfilter of Air Compressor forthnightely and maintaining log books for the same. (viii) Gear Oil of Air compressor to be replaced for every 1000 working hrs and maintaining of log books. Gear oil will be paid and measured under relevant item ofthis schedule

General Notes :- (i) FGM shall have sound knowledge and capable to operate the system and eqpts. (ii) Regular backwash Activated Carbon Filter, Dual Media Filter and maintaining its records. (iii) Maintaining proper log book of every machineries. (iv) Cleaning of sorrouding area and inside premises and incl cutting of grass/Vegetation for upkeep of the installation well clean at every time. (v) Removing of Sludge cake to a distances not exceding 50 Mtr and deposit in a proper predetermine spaces all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (vi) Cleaning of Airfilter of Air Compressor forthnightely and maintaining log books for the same. (Vii) Gear Oil of Air compressor to changed every 1000 working hrs and maintaining of log books. Gear oil will be paid and measured under relevant item as supply only.

Testing of treated sewage water sample at location is STP 800 Cum/day at , once is every Three months by sending the treated water samples to the authorized NABL laboratories at Bangalore/Pune/Goa or any other NABL labs and the result obtained will be displayed on the board at STP and a copy of result sheets obtained from NABL to be submitted to Engineer-in-charge. The Result is available for the following parameters :- (a) PH :6.5-8.5 (KSPCB Limit) (b) BOD at 20 Degree C - <10mg L (c) COD -150mg/L Turbidity : 5 NTU Maximum (KSPCB Limit) (d) Total Suspended solids : 30 mg/L Maximum (KSPCB Limit) (e) Residual chlorine : 1.0 mg/L Maximum (KSPCB Limit) (f) E. Coli : Nil CFU (KSPCB Limit)
