Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All Kind of soil

Centring and shuttering including sturting, propping etc., and removal of form work

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade :

New work (three or more coats)

Fabricating, supplying and erection of steel shutters of size above 1.00m and upto 2.00m width, made out of 8mm thick Mild steel plate and ISMC 100 x 50mm channels for outer frame with each 2 nos. of vertical horizontal stiffeners with equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild stee plate for Gusset plate 2 Nos. of size 0.40 x 0.40m with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading the shutter to the site.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of shutter Groove angle made out of 100 x 100 x 10 mm Mild steel angle with required height including welding of Holdfast of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm mild steel angle 3nos. on each side and including petty civil works and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer etc.,

Fabricating, supply and fixing of screw rod 63 mm dia with 2 m long of mild steel Round rod duly machined and fully threaed to suit the capstain head assumbly with required bold and nuts fastened with eye plate of the shutter including greasing etc,.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of top beam made out of 200 x 100 mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the head set assumbly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm Mild steel round road duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the heights of 0.9 necessary fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.23 x 0.30m 2 Nos. to place of beam in positin including petty civil work and painting with one coat of anticorrosive black paint with one coat red oxide primer etc.,

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of cast iron head set assembly heave duty with hexagonal nut (Approximate 120 Kg) duly machined with nut threading to suit the screw rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation.
