Dismantaling the Existing damaged ceement concrete flooring

Best tiled roofing with Mangalore tiles, over ceiling tiles of best quality old 60% +New 40% inculding CW reepers - 10sqm

Painting the walls and ceiling two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site, thorough scrapping of old surface, etc complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4" x 43/8" x 23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete - 10cum

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm ISS metal inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing

Paving the floor with scrach proof ceromic tiles of size cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour

Plastering with CM 1:5, (One of cement and five of sand ) 12mm thick.in all floors including finishing smooth, scaffolding, setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers
