M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

M & L for non shrink, cementatious micro concrete modified with 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in the ratio by weight (18kg aggregate: 25kg micro concrete) respectively as per manufacturer's instructions, as in sides and soffits of beams, jacketing of columns, roof slab and similar structural members including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces use and waste of water tight form work to facilitate pouring of micro concrete including curing with suitable curing compound complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include the cost of curing compound.

M&L for Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.
