Taking down old ACSR conductor from overhead line, 3 phase and 1 neutral supply, including taking down of pin insulators, channel and connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches/ducts/fixed on wall/passing through pipes electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of the following cross-sectional area complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 120 sq. mm 3.5 core

(b) 95 sq. mm 3.5 core

(c) 50 sq. mm 3.5 core

(d) 35 sq. mm 3.5 core

(e) 25 sq. mm 4 core

Supply & fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint, heat shrink,indoor/outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories, suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq. mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint, heat shrink,Indoor/outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70-95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement G.I. tubing (ISI Marked), 80 mm bore, light grade as in protection pipe for passing under ground electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes under road, pavement, hard standing incorporating trenchless technology using ultrasounding techniques complete with all necessary machine, tools and tackles for crossing 80 mm bore dia. G.I. protection pipe including insertion of pipe in position as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below GL with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal GL surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of brass and protected by light grade 32 mm bore GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and including G.I sheet funnel & wire mesh , Cast iron (light duty) pit cover and PCC chamber/ pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil; returning , filling in soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part I of 2009 (Note: PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 0.5 mtr away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit itself and extra cost of additional length of water pipe and fitting shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cables/pipes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out and in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) n.exc.50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed.(Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured )

M & L for brick protection with sub- class ‘B’ bricks (old size), laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified.

Supply & fixing in replacement of PVC insulated flat twin core cable, 2.5 sq.mm 3 core with stranded copper conductor including taking out old and unserviceable cable from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of PVC insulated flat twin core cable, 10 sq.mm with stranded aluminium conductor including taking out old and unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F junction box/terminal box made of polycarbonate material of size 350mm x 250mm x 150mm, IP 66 protection, dust and jet water proof, double hinged, suitable for incorporating cable upto 50 to 70 sqmm size alongwith cable inter for terminal and TPN Aluminium bus bar including control with MCB 6 Amp rating 'C' curve complete with a pair of M.S. flat clamps of size 40mm x 5 mm with necessary bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel of suitable size duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer , fixed to steel tubular pole/concrete pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L steel tubing (ISI marked), medium grade , galvanised, 32 mm bore bracket arm 1.5 m long, bent to shape required & fixed to electric pole/to wall with 02 Nos M.S. flat iron clamps 40 mm x 5 mm with G.I. bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

S&F MCCB, 4 Pole, 320 Amp rating, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, 35 kA rupturing capacity all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB, 4 Pole, 250 Amp rating, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz, 35 kA rupturing capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F Auto transfer switch in sheet steel enclosure, 4 Pole, AC-31A, 200 Amps, 415 V, 50 Hz with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.(Make: Havells Cat No IHYFCDE200 or equivalent in L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/ SCHNEIDER)

S & F steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers including painting the outside surface of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red-oxide primer and black/white strips up to 1.5 m height after necessary preparation to surfaces all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Cost of foundation concrete pad at the bottom of the pit dug for erecting the pole and encasing concrete both in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), concrete collar alround pole in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of the size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including all necessary excavation and earthwork , returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50 m shall be be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item.)

Supply, stringing & fixing Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of size 6/1 x 3.50 (Rabbit) as in overhead electric lines on existing poles,including supply and fixing of copper binding wire or aluminium tapes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 20 mm dia. Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit , exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
