PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDING TIGHTNESS CHECKING, CLEANING , OIL TOP UP AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS JOB RELATED TO 6.6kV/415V LT TRANSFORMER.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDING TIGHTNESS CHECKING, CLEANING , OIL TOP UP AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS JOB RELATED TO RESERVE TRAFO & 100 MVA AUTO TRANSFORMER.
Thorough maintenace including cleaning, tightness checking, plugging of holes, replacement of bushing (if required) of 415V LT Panels.
Thorough maintenace including cleaning, tightness checking, plugging of holes, replacement of bushing (if required) of 6.6kV HT Breaker Panels.
Cleaning, terminal tightness checking of 132kV/220kV breaker and it's operating mechanism box or Isolator's operating mechanism box at Switchyard.
Dismantling of danaged jumpers, fixing of new jumpers including cutting of conductor, replacement of defective terimal connectors (if required) at both ends and re-connection.
Attending emergent breakdown job of 220kV & 132kV Isolator both motorized and pneumatic.
Disconnection of different Connectors.
Re-connection of different Connectors.
Dismantling, transportation and erection of new 132kV CT /PT incl base plate modification, jumpering and allied work.
Dismantling of 220kV old damaged CT/ PT, transportation, erection and commissioning of new CT/PT incl base plate modification, jumpering and allied work.
Dismantling of old damaged LA, transportation, erection and commissioning of new 220kV & 132kV Lightening Arrestor incl haulage from store.
Rendering assistance for preventive maintenace of different 132kV and 220kV equipments as per Annexure-I
Dismantling of defective "V" Interrupters and single Interrupter of 245kV MOCB and reinstalled the same by new overhauled ones. Each Breaker- 3Poles (03Nos. Interrupter per pole)
Dismantling of defective Tubular Contact/ Moving Blades of 132kV/220kV Isolator.
Fixing of Tubular Contact/ Moving Blades of 132kV/220kV Isolator and it's allignment.
Dismantling of defective Fixed Base Contact of 132kV/220kV Isolator.
Fixing & allignment of New Fixed Base Contact of 132kV/220kV Isolator.
Dismantling of Old/Damaged Isolators, Transportation, erection, commsissioning of healthy Isolator at 132kV Old Switchyard including base plate modification and allied work
