Providing and laying brick ballast in low lying road surface including spreading in uniform layers with compacting by smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density & surface.

GSB - Construction of granular sub-base by providing well grades material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mixer in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compaction with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401.

WBM2 - Providing laying spreading and compacting stone agregates of specification sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rollding with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.2

WBM3 - Providing laying spreading and compacting stone agregates of specification sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rollding with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber MORD specification 405.3

Brick Lining on both side of the Road of M-150 Bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & Supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg. per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open grades premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared bae by manual MORD Specification Clause 508.

Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all type of soil with lead 30m and lift 1.50 m Including proper disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge

Earth work in embankment with ordinary soil carried from average lead upto 1.0 km. by power transport and lift upto 1.50 m with manual compaction and rough dressing etc complete.

Laying CC 1:3:6 with well graded stone ballast 22.50-45 mm size including cost of material, labour, T&P etc.

First class brick work in 1:4 C.M. i/c cost of all material, labour, T&P etc

Laying CC 1:6:12 with well graded stone ballast 22.50-45 mm size including cost of material, labour, T&P etc.

Stuck deep ceement pointing in C.M. 1:2 i/c cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete

laying Ist class brick on edge soling including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.

Ordinary centering and shuttering for RCC work

Providing steel reinforcement including cost of material, labour, T&P, bending, binding and placing in position complete.

S/Filling expansion joint with 25 mm thick thermocol sheet including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

S/Laying bitumen tarfelt sheet including cost of all meterial, labour, T&P etc complete.

S/PVC drainage pipe 600m long and 75 mm dia including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.
