Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line etc. not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Note for serial item No.5.00 & 6.00 of BoQ :- Contractor shall making good the damaged and disturbed road surfaces at his own arrangment .The rate of making good the damaged and disturbed road surfaces with existing material and as directed by Engineer -in- charge is included in serial item no.5.00 & 6.00 of BoQ. Contractor shall make good at his own cost and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Note for serial item No.8.00 & 9.00 of BoQ :- Contractor shall making good the damaged and disturbed road surfaces at his own arrangment .The rate of making good the damaged and disturbed road surfaces with existing material and as directed by Engineer -in- charge is included in serial item no.8.00 & 9.00 of BoQ. Contractor shall make good at his own cost and nothing shall be paid extra on this account..

Supplying, Laying, jointing and testing of Steel water tubing 25 mm bore medium grade, galvanised, ISI Marked including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint fixed to walls, ceiling or under floors etc complete all as specified Note :- (i) The rate of GI fittings is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Laying or Fixing, jointing and testing of old servicable GI pipe retrieved from Srl item No 31.00 of BoQ here-in-before size of 25 mm bore after cleaning , removing rusted particle & mud particles of inside surfaces and outside surfaces of wall of pipe etc including Supply and fixing new tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint fixed to walls, ceiling or under floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - 1.The rate of cleaning , removing rusted particle & mud particles of inside surfaces and outside surfaces of wall of pipe inclueded in this item and nothing shall be extra paid on this account. 2 The rate of new tube fittings is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 3. old pipe fitting should not be used in this item.

Note :-(i) Contractor shall depute Labour / Pipe Fitter and other require equipments such as JCB / Tractor and Fuel etc. to attend the leakage / complaint on daily basis as per complaint trace out . (ii) Complete site for attend the leakage shall not be handed over to contractor ,Site of leakage only handed over to the contractor on site requirement basis. (iii) Contractor / Supervisor shall be collected complaint of leakage from concerned JE as daily basis and shall be completed same day. (iv) If leakage again found during the currency period of contract at same location contractor shall repair again without any extra cost in terms of condition 46 of IAFW-2249 of General condtion of contracts. (v) Contractor shall provide equipments like JCB / tractor etc. and fuel at his own cost and arrangement for rectifying the complaint as per site requirement and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Dewatering / baling out muddy staganated water manually or with the help of non clogging pumping set from clear water under ground sump of cap 2.00 to 5.00 Lakh Gallon. Taking out and Removing the silt from under ground sump manually by bucket with rope , depth excedding 4.00 mtr but not exc. 6.00 mtr and deposting where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a distance exc. 50 mtr away from outer wall of installation scrapping out silt, alge etc. from side walls, roof and floor by washing, cleaning the same with steel wire brush, brooming etc. and washing the side walls with bleaching powder solution and washing again with clear water after washing with bleaching powder and white washing with two coats of white wash to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1.Contractor shall provide all necessary arrangements such as Lighting,Fuel if required , Non clog Pumps, ladders , bucket with rope , steel wire brush etc at his own cost and arrangment and shall be made good to distributed surface. No extra payment shall be paid on this account.2. The rate of washing with bleaching powder solution and white washing with two coats of white wash included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
