Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius and using old size sub class 'B' bricks ,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but except brick, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12-15 mm thick in ready mix mortar on faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth as a whole or in patch work as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface wih alkali resistance priming paint for external surface and applying two coat of cement base paint including curing , complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.
