Day to Day Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant at Mangalpur and Raw Water Intake Pump House at Ballavpur including repairing of related pipelines at Raniganj for One Year

Day to day Operation and Maintenance of Flush Mixer (1No), Clarifier (1NO), Aerator(1No), and gutter channel including preparation and dosing of Alum Solution to correct proportion after weighing alum, lifting alum of alum tanks and mixing alum solution as necessary, including operation and maintenance of Valves, Switchs, Gears, Electric Control Panels, Agitators including any other machinery installed as necessary for production of treated water by engaging skilled and experienced operators, licenced electrician, helpers, majdoors, plumbers, mechanist, welder etc. as may be necessary as per specification and direction of EIC for running the plant efficiently for the period of 16 Hrs. or as and when required including routine test of water daily or as per instruction of EIC. The cost includs necessary running maintenance work of minor charactor like bearing replacement, change of necessary couplings, bolts, rubber bush, maintenance of rail track, replacement of spikes, scrapping, cleaning, and repairing of walls venture flumes preventing from growing alge-moss and saline bore by applying bleaching powder supplied by agency. Repairing and maintenance of all units i.e. C.W.R. Filters, Clarifier, Flush Mixer etc. bearings, oil-seals, couplings, nut,bolts, bush replacement with the approval of EIC including cleaning, sweeping and disinfecting of all units as per direction of EIC.

Day to day Operation and Maintenance of one no vecum operated gaseous chlorination system capacity 1 .00 Kg/Hr at Mangalpur and one no vecum operated gaseous chlorination system capacity 0-.5 Kg/Hr at Ballavpur including all valves, switches, Electricals control panels and all other allied machinery for production of clear water and injection of gaseous chlorine solution to C.W.R. Skilled and experienced operators, helpers, majdoors are to be engaged as per direction and requirement of EIC, Minimum 400 Kg chlorin gas is to be supplied by the agency as required at their own cost. Maintenance of Machines, replacement of spare parts, running maintenance of panel boards etc. is to be done by the agency. Factory safety devices like Fire extinguisher, hand gloves, welding glasses (Black & White), helmets, electric shock proof hand gloves, First Aid devices are to be used. Cleaning and sweeping the units to be done properly every day as per direction of the EIC.

Day to day operation and maintenance of Rapid gravity Filter consisting of 6 Nos twin Filter beds of size 4.30 Mtr. X 3.30 Mtr. each section, 200 KL capacity wash water tank on the top of filter house, 2 Nos. of filling pump, 2 Nos, Air blower for back wash, necessary pipe lines and valves, filter controllers and gauges for filtering of water by engaging skilled and experienced water works supervisors, Licenced electricians, operators, helpers, majdoors, plumbers, mechanics, fitters, sweepers etc. as necessary including operation and maintenance of all valves, air blowers, instruments and electricals panels, control panels, back wash valves etc. including surface washing and back washing of filter beds as and when necessary as per specification and direction of Engineer - in - Charge, to run the plant efficiently for the period of 16 Hrs. as per direction of the EIC as and when required till the completion of water supply. The cost includes necessary running maintenance work like replacement of gland packing, spindle, rubber insertions, replacement of nuts & bolts, calibration and adjustment of instrument and control devices. Replacement & maintenance of bibcock, pressure cock, gate channels, and all valves, scrapping and cleaning of the filter beds. Running maintenance of motor control units, main distribution panel and lighting arrangement inside electrical control room at chemical house in the ground floor. Replacement of all existing filter bed (complete) without ant disturbance of the regualr water supply at least once in a year as per direction and satisfiction of the EIC.

Supply of Lubricants for lubrication to correct gauge in all the machinery installed within WTP like Filter House, Clarifloculator, Flush Mixer, Chemical House, Electro-Chlorination Plant, Pump House for distribution net work, approved grade lubricants( like grease, Servo Oil, Cotton-waste etc.) including cleaning of old brunt, unserviceable lubricants and stirage of the same as per direction of the EIC.( at least once in a month)

Provision for disinfection & cleaning of Clarifloculator, launder, bridge topsail, 'V' notches, Aerator, Gutter Channel,Flush mixer, Filter Beds, Filter inlets, as and when necessary by applying bleaching powder. This item will be paid if seems to be required and before taking up this item prior written permission of EIC shoule be taken.

Removal of deposited sludge in sludge wells by engaging Truck, Skilled labour, loading and unloading and disposal of it out side the area. Work will be done as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Welding, Fabricating, Machining, Repairing of any type and replacement including fitting and fixing and supplying to proper position of any kind and any type of parts(mechanical/Electrical/ Instrument). The exposed equipment /parts to be painted with anticorrosive paint. Scrapping of Filter bed and removing of the same as per direction of EIC. Any work which is required i.e. Civil /Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation for smooth running of the Plant to be executed which has not been covered duly in the schedule of item no 1 to 10 is included in this item of work. (This item may not be executed if not required)

Day to day Operation and maintenance of clear water pump house with pit of 15.0 Mtr. X 8.0 Mtr. size with 5 Nos. clear water centrifugal pump set by skilled and experienced operators, labours and majdoors as per specification and direction of EIC to run the Pump house for the period of 16.00 Hrs. or as and when required including routine checking of Sluice valves, Non-return Valves, Pump Motors, Electrical Panel Boards, Gauges, etc. and maintenance work for replacement of Bearings, Couplings, Bolts, Gauges, Rubber Bush, Fuses, in Electrical and Instrument Panel Boards, inside pipeline works to be replaced including cleaning and sweeping of all units (CWR Pump House etc.).

Day to day Operation and maintenance of Raw water Pump House at Ballavpur Ghat, Raniganj, with installed 5 Nos 53 KW Vertical Turbine and 2 Nos. 30 HP Centrifugal Pumps by skilled and experienced operators, Licence holder Electricians, labour etc. as per direction of EIC including routine checking of Pumps, Motors, Valves, Electrical panel Boards, Main Switches in Switch Room and replacement of any spare parts like Bearings, Couplings, Rubber Bushes, Pressure Gauges etc and necessary fittings and fixing of indoor lighting indeep well in bottom of pump house. the cost includes spare parts like Couplings, Bearings, Rubber Bushes, Pressure gauges, Electrical part for Electrical Panel Boards etc. in raw water Pump House and skilled experienced operators etc. as per direction of EIC for running the pump house efficiently for the period of 16.00 Hrs & 6 Hours respectively in a day as and when required including cleaning sand inside Intake house and Jack Well at Ballavpur Ghat, Raniganj, and their connecting pipes.

Day to day Operation and maintenance of Switch Room at WTP Mangalpur and Ballavpur Ghat, Raniganj, Cleaning and maintenance of MCC Panel Room, VLE Room, Transformer Room and maintenance of the Electrical light and fan points of Sub-Station Room. General maintenance of all the equipment in the Sub-Station except VCB. For major defects decision to do the work separately shall be taken by EIC. All the yard and Main gate lights, the Glosign Boards at Mangalpur & Ballavpur S/S also to be maintained (including replacemnt of materials as required).

- Do - - Do - for extra Hrs. of operation of the above mentioned work to be executed beyond the scheduled hrs. in WTP at Mangalpur and Intake House at Ballavpur ghat, Raniganj by specific instruction of the EIC.

Repairing a GRP Raw Water pipe line with 4 mm thick MS Clamp including excavation, backfilling, De-watering, Gasket, Nut, Bolt etc. complete as per direction of EIC

Supply Fitting Fixing and commisioning of mechanical seal with o ring, lubricant , OIL, Impeller, Saft, Bearing Etc as required complete for total replacement of mechanical seal including allied works for 62 kw 36 mtr head 330 m3/hr discharged capacity kRTK pump motors at Ballavpur intake well, Complete as per direction and satisfication of EIC

De hydration & filteration of tranformer oil for 11 kv /315 kva transformer at least once in a year at Mangalpur WTP and Ballavpur at Raniganj under ADDA as per direction and satisficction of EIC

Regualr cleaning of CWR premises & gardening in front of campus including jungle cutting full area of Mangalpur WTP at least four time in a year. and garbage cleaning including Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from interior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge)

Replacement of screening materials at least twice in a year of the pressure filter capacity 100 Cum / Hour and Removal of silt & sludge from the UGR regularly ( Inside dimension = 7.00 m x 7.00 m x 2.00 m ) as per direction and satisfaction of the E.I.C.

Maintenance of G.I pipe lines of different of various Dia from 150 mm to 15 mm of total Length 4.30 Km ( approx) for throught the year .

Maintenance of 2 Nos 30 H.P Pump & Motor with replacement of spare parts as and when required as per direction and satisfaction of the E.I.C.
