Earth Work Excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed by the Departmental Officers except hard rock requiring blasting including shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing including all initial leads and initial lifts, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers(narrow cutting)

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M 10 using hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 40 mm mixing with mixer machine and laying in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick including dewatering if found necessary, compacting, consolidation, finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M 15 using hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works cutoff walls, toe walls, body walls, abutments, wings and returns etc., which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60 cm x and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for bearing, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc.as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge of works.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates for Crusher Run Macadam, including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant, conveyance of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 407 of MORTH Rev-5

Gravel backing for apron / revetment / retaining wall in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick including stacking for premeasurement, watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the rough stones, etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) - 20 mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Manufacturing and fixing the Cement concrete block of size 300 mm X 300 mm X 250 mm of mix M 15 grade using machine broken hard blue granite broken stone jelly of 20 mm size including the cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, labour charges for fixing the same in position and including all other incidental charges, handling charges etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and erecting single sided double guard rail system comprising of 3mm thick all "W" beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming, suing HR coils comform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360. and ho dip galvanized having zinc mass of 550 gms per sqm. Minimum 950 mm, above road / ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5mm Spaced to 2 m center to center, 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long. Post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size: 350 x 350 x 800mm for a length of 750 mm below ground level. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized confirming to IS : 1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per technical specification and as diercted by teh Engineer - in - charges.
