MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPEMENTS AND CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE AWC MHOW.

Comprehensive , preventive and periodical maintenance incl checking, testing, normal and routine maintenance of Fire fighting equipements and Fire alarm system installed at MAP Md Accn Sarna and Gosami enclave(G+6, G+5 and terrace) incl cleaning of all fire equipements ,parts and carrying out corrective maintenance, including attending to complaints on call , preparation of Log book and maintaining periodic report of fire hydrant and Alarm system, demonstration with users complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Total No of Bldgs= 14 Nos The work under this item further involves the following :- (i) Servicing and replacement of spare parts of fire alarm panel , logic main board, main memory chip set and switching mode power supply unit. (ii) Panel software reprograming installation and configuring . (iii) repair of MCP and hooter servicing, testing and commissioning. (iv) Periodical checking of fire hydrant system by operatating terrous pump , checking nozzles,landing valves, canvas and rubber fire hoses,reel drums , checking serviceability of portable fire extinguishers, making accountability of fire fighting equipements such as fire axe,brass nozzle,portable fire extinguishers etc Note:- (i) Spare parts found unserviceable defective will be measured and paid separatly under relevent item of supply only (ii) Periodical checking shall be done min twice per month excluding 'complaints on call' as directed.

M&L for Overhauling of terrous pump set complete with motor of capacity 12.5 HP by disconnecting all electrical and water supply connections, dismantling the pump set from site, taking out the pump set from foundation and transporting to civil work shop for repair/servicing ,greasing and lubricating of movable parts, incl repair/ replacement of minor parts like nuts, bolts and washers, repair/replacing coupling, bringing back from work shop and refixing the pump set to original position after overhauling , checking and correcting the alignment of pump with motor, coupling and shaft, connecting up of cable terminals, fixing inlet and outlet water connection , testing to get proper delivery pressure ,tightening foundation bolts making good of PCC foundation wherever necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 100 mm dia Non Return Valve with necessary nuts and bolts including removing old/ unsv NRV from suction line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Pressure gauge suitable for bearing pressure upto 20 kg per sq cm. Make: MEI / HGURU / AEE

Supply and fix in replacement of Gun metal single acting Air realease valve with screwed inlet 25mm dia all as specified and directed. Make: ZOLOTO / LEADER / BIR / UPADHYA / VISION / KARTAR

M&L for refilling in repairs 6 kg Dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguishers all as specified and directed.

M&L for refilling in repairs 4.5 kg CO2 type fire extinguishers all as specified and directed.

M&L for refilling in repairs 09 Ltr water CO2 gas( stored pressure) type fire extinguishers all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance and Repair of Fire alarm panel, Mannual call point, Fire hooters by checking its serviceability, make it serviceable all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Minor parts such as nuts, bolts, connecting wires, lugs etc are deemed to be included.

M&L for painting of fire fighting MS pipes of sizes 150/100/80/25 mm dia with one coat of low VOC synthetic enamel paint of red color after surface preparation and make to give an even shade complete incl marking direction of flow in white colur with stencil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacing Hose reel drum wall mounted swinging type fitted etyc all as specified and directed. Make: ISI safe pro, New Age

Supply and fix in replacement of standard short size SS branch pipe with SS nozzle 16 mm dia outlet 63 mm dia coupling including taking down of old one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 12Volt 7 AH Battery of suitable size for fixing in 8 zone fire Alarm control panel all as specified and directed. Make:- Exide, Amron, MicroTek

Supply and fix in repairs MCB 10 to 32 Amps , single pole C series breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specifed and directed. Make: Legrand/ABB/C&S/ Havells

M&L in replacement of Bearing of Fire pump 12.HP all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing burnt windings of Fire pumps 12.5 HP capacity with copper wire of existing gauge insulation class F , testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of volt meter in fire hydrant panel box including dismantling old one all as specifed and directed. Make: ABB/Schneider/L&T/AE

Supply and fix in replacement of Amper meter in fire hydrant panel box including dismantling old one all as specifed and directed. Make: ABB/Schneider/L&T/AE
