Supplying and laying of Sand Gravel Mix in ratio 1:1 for using 0.631 m3 of sand fo filling and 0.675 M3 of red gravel of 1m3 of volume including cost of sand gravel mix including labour charges for mixing , laying compaction all tools and planks employed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc.,

Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatement chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation.

Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth.

Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over.

Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.

Supplying and Erecting Centering for Sides and Soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surface as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying the Kota Stone slab Flooring with new Kota stone of 20 mm thick both side machine polished edge and machine polished cutting for flooring using CM 1:3 (one cement three Msand) including labour for fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Flooring with following Designed antiskid ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, Designed colour ceramic tiles of sizes300mm x 450mm x 8mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & Fixing of MS Grill including cost of materials, cutting, welding and fixing Charges etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the Zinc chromate red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Weathering course-using Concrete broken brick jelly 20 mm gauge in pure slacked lime (No sand to be used) over RCC roof slab. The proportion of broken brick jelly to slaked lime being 32:12½ cft well beaten by wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness required etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm of approved quality laid in CM1:3 (one cement and three M-sand) mixed with 2% of water proofing compound by weight of cement used and pointed with the same oiled mortar including mixing of red oxide etc complete complying with stadard specifications and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Best Indian Teak Wood panelled and glazed door in double shutters with glazed head. The size of frames shall be 100x75mm at side,verticals,top transom and centre vertical for head. The height of glazed head is 40cm using 595 gm.glass panes for head. The shutters shall be of 40mm thick with moulded panels in 20 mm thick planks for the panelled portion and 595gm.glass panes for the glazed portion. 6Nos. of iron hold fasts fixed in C.C.1:2:4. 6Nos.of butt hinges 125mm long including wind appliances, furniture iron fittings. 1No.of iron padlock 15cm long for locking arrangements and fixing in position with 2Nos.of 20mmdia M.S horizontal bars for the head portion, etc., complete.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. STEEL DOOR Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS doors with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats covered with 18 gauge M.S. sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolts, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete with one coat red oxide primer.

Supply and laying of respective water proofing treatment at below mentioned locations including all below activities. The surface to be waterproofed shall be cleaned to ensure it is free of laitance, loose particles, oily substance which may affect the adhesion of the waterproofing system, using mechanical rotary wire brush and related tools etc. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages with necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportation charges, loading, unloading, preparation of surface, necessary hacking in RCC surface, scaffolding, staging, tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, testing, consumables and also include for conducting leakage test at toilet sunken portion and over head tanks by storing water on the sunken continuously for a period of 7 days etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying water proofing treatment on top of PCC laid for Grade slab, Raft, Pile cap ,footing & beam, UG Sump , Water tank etc., in the following order and consisting of following operations.

i) Supply and applying of one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Cementitious Coating over rendered PCC surface. Application of CORCHEM 206 – I High Build Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm in two coats over TAPECRETE applied surface.

ii)Supply and Fixing 75 mm long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size in grid pattern at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c while casting the raft slab and along construction joints at a spacing not more than 1.0 meter c/c along the construction joints.

iii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement.

iv) Sealing & cutting of the nozzles, and leveling the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1 by weight.

Supply and applying water proofing treatment on Retaining walls external surface at Basement, UG Sump, Water tank, Raft sides etc. using cement admixed with water proofing compound in the following order.

i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement

ii) Supply and Fixing of 50 long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size along construction joints, and honey comb areas at a spacing not more than 1m c/c.

iii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement.

iv) Sealing & cutting of nozzles and leveling the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1 by weight.

v)Supply and applying one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Slurry Coat over well prepared surface as a Primer and applying CICO CORCHEM 206 - I Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm in 2 coats over TAPECRETE slurry coat applied surface.

vi) Lay protective plaster layer with 12mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over the third coat of brush topping. Plaster shall be cured by spraying of water for the next 7days. The entire water proofing system shall be protected with a 25 mm thick extruded polystrene with necessary low VOC adhesieve.

Supply and laying of respective water proofing treatment at below mentioned locations including all below activities. The surface to be waterproofed shall be cleaned to ensure it is free of laitance, loose particles, oily substance which may affect the adhesion of the waterproofing system, using mechanical rotary wire brush and related tools etc. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages with necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportation charges, loading, unloading, preparation of surface, necessary hacking in RCC surface, scaffolding, staging, tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, testing, consumables and also include for conducting leakage test at toilet sunken portion and over head tanks by storing water on the sunken continuously for a period of 7 days etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying water proofing treatment Internal surface of Basement Retaining wall etc., in the following order and consisting of following operations.

i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and clean the surface with wire brush, and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement

ii) Supply and Fixing 18 mm dia GI nozzles (the hole shall be about half the depth of the member to be grouted and nozzle should be 50mm) the retaining wall, along construction joints, and honey comb areas at a spacing not more than 1m c/c . Nozzles (can also) shall be post fixed by drilling holes using drill machine and to be fixed with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1 by weight .

iii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles by hand operated grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement .Grouting operations to be taken up after the concrete reached the full strength, i.e 28 days after casting of concrete.

iv) Sealing off the nozzles after grouting operation is over with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1 by weight.

v) Cut the projected nozzles if required over the concrete surface and fill with cement putty admixed with quick setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1 by weight.

Elevation work for the front wall using second class bricks (230x75x110mm) in cement mortar 1:5 to joint the wall one half portion of the brick wall to the entire wall height like border type and plastering with Cm 1:5 (1 of cement and 5 of sand ) 20mm twice in first level and plastering with another layer one part of the wall another portion of the front wall using pressed tiles size of 230x75x20 mm) to pointing the walls all including with materials labours, Scaffolding etc. as directed by departmental officer.

Supplying and filling with HBG ISS 40mm Aggregate in layers of not more than 0.75m depth including loading ,unloading charges,filling of inner side of ring and exclusive of all taxes etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with HBG ISS 20mm Aggregate in layers of not more than 0.75m depth including loading ,unloading charges,filling of inner side of ring and exclusive of all taxes etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with 10mm metal in layers of not more than 0.75m depth including loading ,unloading charges,,filling of inner side of ring and exclusive of all taxes etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with 3mm metal in layers of not more than 0.75m depth including loading ,unloading charges filling of inner side of ring and exclusive of all taxes etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Conveyance of Earth/Debris to a lead of within 30 km from site as directed by the Engineer inculding loading, unloading, hire charges for vehicle and other incidental charges etc., all complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Painting the wall with Texture Finish Paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping,clean removal of dirt.
