Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

The works shall be implemented within the tender amount mentioned in this tender notice and as per the specifications mentioned in the notice. The number of items and specifications shall be supplied as mentioned in the notice. No additional grant shall be given for this.

The materials for the works mentioned in the tender notice should be provide and installed according to the area.

Since a single tender price has been mentioned in the tender notice, including the items to be supplied for the above mentioned items, the single contractor has to supply all the items.

The quality of the materials supplied must be as per the specifications in the given specifications if any discrepancy is found, the tender will be cancelled.

If the authority directs the bidder to supply other items than those mentioned in the tender notice, they must be bound to supply only such items.

The DPR (Project Report) of the Managuli Tree park is pending for approval and the works of the said tree park have been called for tenders on the anticipation of the grant and the works will commence only after the DPR is approved.

Since the area where the Managuli and Alamela tree park works will be carried out is in the lake area, it is mandatory to conduct a site inspection and it is mandatory to obtain and upload a confirmation letter from the Range Forest Officer regarding the visit to the said location.

It is mandatory to maintain childrens toys and outdoor gym equipment supplied to tree park up to for 3 years.
