Supply of fixing of 33 KV ISOLATOR connectors for dog conductor.

Repairing & Overhauling of 33KV Isolator of BSI & LSI various make by way of opening of jaw & blade, cleaning and rubbing of Flash spots, refitting of jaw and blade, checking and adjusting of alignment etc., oiling and greasing of movable parts with all associated work at fallowing sub station.

Supply & fixing of 33 KV FUSE SET connectors for dog conductor.

Control Cable Laying. Providing & Laying of different size of (2x2.5)mm2 control cables i.e.from Buchholz relay to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33KV CT's to CT's Junction Box, CT 33KV, 33 KV P.T. V.C.B Control Panel Junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel panel from T/F etc.in the cabel trench including makig proper connection at Buchholz Realy, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment.

Providing & Laying of different size of (4x2.5)mm2 control cables i.e.from Buchholz relay to Marshalling box Marshalling box to switch gear room, 33 KV CT's to CT's Junction Box CT 33KV, 33 KV P.T, V.C.B control panel junction Box to 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc.in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box as per required for installed equipment.

Providing & Fixing of 33 KV CT junction box for connection and wiring of 33 KV CT as per PVVNL respo.

Supply of 415 volt AC lighting DB with canopy for outdoor.

Supply & Erection of Water level earthing by Boring and lowering by providing of G.I. Pipe size 40mm dia, into the ground upto water level or minimum 20Mtr, which ever is more, with the lower end of solid copper cone approx 224mm long and 750gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous copper wire 6 SWG, from the cone upto the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. Strip for Transformers neutral connection, the G.I. strip will be connected to star point through providing copper bond strip of size 35x6mm as per PVVNL guidline.
