M&L for earthing with super power galvanized steel earth electrode GI pipe medium grade of size 300mm x 110mm dia filled with chemicals buried directly in ground by means of drilling holes and connected to galvanized earth lead wire of size 4 mm dia (32x6)mm GI earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, checks but and washers made of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth dolly of main DB/main switch all as specified and directed, including construction of earth camber with PCC (1:3:6) type causing stone aggregate with MS cover 10 mm thick of size (300x300) mm as directed, 20 mm bore GI watering pipe (medium grade) and earth protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and earth wire mesh, funnel, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose or any type of soil and dismantling of the existing rusted / deteriorated one complete all as specified. Note:- Earth wire up to 7.5 meter connected to earth point shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Disconnecting and Strip opening transformer 63 KVA to 100 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts /bolts, screws and connected accessories such as breather conservator tank, temperature gauge for replacement of defective HT /LT coils ,defective parts (payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately), reassembling after replacing the defective coils /defective parts and replacing the top gasket sheet and other insulating packing materials and testing complete all as specified and directed including taking out, handling of distribution transformer of any size any capacity to workshop & back to the installation. (Note :- The reassembling element covers the assembling of parts not to be changed whereas for the rest it shall be the part of the item being replaced.) (Cost of transportation of transformer is deemed to be included in rate)

M&L rewinding of transformer of any capacity HT/LT coils using the same gauge of super enameled copper winding wire and replacing the old paper tape insulation, necessary insulation packing’s/ paper insulation etc with replacement of crap tape, prosen sheet, silphase brazing rod, HT block, LT block etc are included, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note –The coil replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge, insulation value matching as per manufacture’s design. Measurement shall be made of winding wire consumed.)

Supply and replacement HT 11 KV Bushing Insulator suitable for indoor / outdoor type 25 to 500 KVA transformer complete with brass stud, 3 Nos brass nuts, brass cup/washers and packing gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Complete testing of transformer consisting of IR value of both HT&LT side earth resistance of all the four earths, dielectric strength of transformer oil etc complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement brass stud for LT side suitable for transformers 100 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement temperature gauge 0-100 degree Celsius range circular type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill up transformer oil as in topping up/refilling of transformer having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap conforming to IS-335 by heating up and after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ON LINE dehydration/filtration with machine (not small filtration portable machine) to achieved the specified dielectric strength complete all as directed of transformer pole mounted or platform mounted of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for OFF LINE dehydration/filtration with Ultra High Vaccum machine (not small filtration portable machine) to achieved the specified dielectric strength complete all as directed transformer platform mounted of 33/11KV transformer 3.15 MVA capacity after filtration dielectric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 complete all as specified and directed.
