Providing and fixing 1st quallity ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 300 x 450 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm. Including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. - size 300x450mm

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 60x60cm (thicknes to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak/ Johnson / Asian) in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600mm.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nets 8mm dia G.S paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as permanufacturers specifications - Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue-gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3.0m heigh + 0.5m projection + 0.5 into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1m run (Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3m and length of 1m)

Extra for providing two legged scaffolding for every additional height of 2.5m (Rate for scaffolding for a height of 3m and length of 1m)

Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams, columns and ceiling without affecting the adjacent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from site with an initial lead of 100 mts away from the buildings.

Cleaning the exposed RCC surface roughly by washing copious quantity of water, removing rust and scales from the exposed reinforcement/steel rods and providing anticorrosive primer zinc rich coating CERA ZINC ZR and cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenopthalein indicator complete.

Applying bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polimer additive CERA POLYSTER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturer mix and application as per specification.

Providing cement plastering CM 1:3 over dismantling RCC portion up to a thickness 15mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICROSEAL at 500 gms per ba of cement. The rate includes cost of cement, sand and admixture but excluding cost of providing scaffolding.
