Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract CAMC and Operation of 4 Nos. X 550 2200 TR Central Air Conditioning Plant installed at Lok Bhawan Sachivalaya

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract & Operation of Centrifugal water Cooled 4 Nos x 550 TR Dunham -Bush make chiller, 59 Nos AHU,4 nos Condenser Pump-75HP, 4 Nos primery pump-30HP,3 Nos secondry pump-30 HP,3 Nos secondry pump -25 HP, 3 Nos Hot water pump-10 HP,4 Nos Cooling tower capacity 650 TR,8 Nos motor/fan 11 HP, 3 Nos Heating element -360 kw,starter panel 1 Nos CSU, 4 nos FCU,butterfly valve,motorized valve,fire damper & control system(BMS), and all other associated low and high side equipments at Lok Bhawan,Lucknow.

Under Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) & Operation of above work terms and conditions are as follows:- (i) Contractor will repair, replace each and every item, spare or components in the above system if found defective or malfunctioning. (ii) Contractor will replace Minimun 25% PVC fills of cooling tower.( atleast 1 no. cooling tower PVC fills to be changed completely ) (iii) Contractor will upgrade the BMS system including its software and hardware components at its own cost. (iv)Contractor will be Responsible for providing free of charge Spare Parts/Components. (v) Contractor will regularly check these system and will keep these ready for immediate usages. (vi)Services will be provided round the clock during any time of day and night . (vii) In the event of any major breakdown if required manufacture's engineers will be called for help and Contractor will bear their cost.
