84879 SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO. 92 AT KOHIMA LINES JCO MD ACCN IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R (CENTRAL) UNDER GE (NORTH) PUNE

B&R PORTION Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded, pointed in any mortar rubbish off the premises to low land area of outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to slab, walls, etc, shall be carried out as specified below :- (a) Clean the any concrete surface by wire brush thoroughly remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP or techno commercial equivalent) at CM 1:1.5 and URP: 6-7.5 kg per 50 kg of cement. (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape or techno commercial equivalent and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout” oror techno commercial equivalent. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner. (d) Applying two coats of mix of Dr fixit pidicrete URP or techno commercial equivalent mix with Cement in ratio 1:1.5 , with brush on floor and wall (upto 0.5 mtr ht ), Before applying mixing throughly for 2-3 minutes to avoid air entrapment keep on slowly adding to URP and cement the required consistancy is achieved (Brushable consistancy) Application of 2nd coat after 5-6 hour to 1st coat is necessay complete all as specified and directed. (e) After 2 to 3 days, floor portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:1.5:1.5 with 6 mm downsize aggregates with integral Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or techno commercial equivalent: 6-7.5 kg laid to slope 1:60 towards floor trap/outer face of wall as required. Note:- quoted rate includes, all Water proofing compounds and qty as mentioned/ specified in manufacturer instructions and Ponding test to be done by contractor after completion of work as per PS

M&L for non-skid coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles (Light shade) 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floor/skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes under floor tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces for tiles in vertical faces , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type), 18- 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform,WHB plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed.
