Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L forPoint wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable in and incl rigid PVC conduit concealed medium grade with pressed mild steel terminal boxes(sheet not less than 1.6 mm thick) duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer with suitable thickness plastic laminated sheet cover 3mm thick of adequate size for one light or one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire(green colour) to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: a) Rate for cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to wall, floors deemed to be included in each point etc (b) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for any necessary point with proper fixing clips and no extra cost shall be paid for the job etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for removing old burnt winding of exhaust fan 450mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation ,drying after varnishing complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for removing old burnt winding of exhaust fan 300mm sweep motor and rewinding the same with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation ,drying after varnishing complete all as per specified and directed.
