Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of various items such as MS pipes etc. using appropriate means of transport as under: Truck (Lead distance= 21 km one side) Headquarter Store to site

Hiring of skilled labour for handling of pipes at site for 03 days @ 04 labour/day = 12 labour days

Welding charges of prepared Mild steel pipes etc including cost of consumables, etc. but excluding carriage of equipment to site, etc.: By electric arc welding. The job includes fabrication of bends etc. as per site requirement. The job also includes checking for leakage in the new installed rising main and fixing the same by way of welding and patching at per site requirement.

Hiring of portable Gen Set for welding of MS pipes for 03 days including carriage/ fuel charges.

Providing and fitting of carbon steel Fasteners of assorted size.

Providing and fitting of 250 mm dia rubber washers for flanged joints

Providing and fitting of 250 mm dia PN 1.0 non-rising stem C.I double flanged sluice valve conforming to IS-14846 including jointing & testing with cost of jointing material such as flanges, bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. all complete (Zoloto/ Sant or equivalent make)
