Providing and laying polished vitrified tiles of size 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer)in floor & walls of approved make as directed by EIC in all colors, shades as approved by engineer- in-charge laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with matching pigment or any other relevant pigment as directed including cleaning the floor after finishing of work. including skirting

12-15mm thick cement plaster on half brick / concrete wall of mix 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a base of plaster of Paris putty (mixed with 2nd class paint of approved quality if required) of 2mm thickness over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth for painting including applying one coat of priming coat complete

Finishing with Apex paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete on all surfaces.

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters of approved make made of M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No:2 and M. S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters (80x1.25mm M.S Laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover)

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar up to floor V level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material disposal lead up to 50m.

Providing ,cutting ,fabricating, drilling, erecting, riveted, bolted, welded connections, hoisting and placing in position MS structural steel composed of channels, beams,Tubular Hollow sections, Hoists, Angles, Braces, at any required height for supporting system including cost of all materials, consumables, labour, applying one coat of red oxide primer complete in all lead and lifts as per drawings and specifications and / or as directed by EIC. up to desired height in trusses, purlins, rafters, staircases where ever required.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete up to all floors. Thermo mechanically heated bars.

Providing, Drilling and fixing of 20 to 25mm dia high friction bolt450-600mm long along with nuts and washers for holding of steel truss and frame. Job includes necessary grouting with grout as per the directions of EIC. Job also includes demolishing and necessary concreting in 1:1.5:3 mix with scaffolding complete as per the drawings and directions of EIC

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised high rib iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineerin- Charge)0.50mm+/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinccoating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade5-7microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.l. limpet washers or with G.l. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal /vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing plained eaves boarding including a coat of wood primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete Budloo wood 250x32 mm (nominal size)

Providing and fixing of color coated panelled G.I sheet fixed with nails G.I limpet washers complete 0.50 mm thick with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm./Sqm

Providing ridges/ valleys or hips of width 60cm over all width plain color coated G.I sheet fixed with nails G.I limpet washers complete 0.50 mm thick with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm./Sqm

Providing and fixing of PVC pipe (Type “B”) Of approved make as directed by EIC in proper gradient in excavated trenches including jointing and refilling the excavated material complete including cost of excavation. 100mm

Providing and fixing of the following PVC fittings. Of approved make as directed by EIC 100mm floor trap including p&f of cp grating 100mm

Construct brick masonry man hole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) RCC top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete (1:4:8) inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete.) Inside size 45cm x 45cm x 45cm deep depth varies as per the slope including C.I. manhole cover medium duty with frame of size 45x45mm size. With F.P.S. bricks /concrete slab with class designation 75 and with crushed stone aggregate complete in all respects.
