Brick edging in both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide, 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar i/c labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved Quarry of 63 - 45 mm size to WBM of G - 2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tone in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening material i,e stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering, and compacting to the required density i/c cost of all materials,T&P as per MORD Specification Clause 404 (ByManual Means)

Providing, laying dense Graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch Type HMP Producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using cruahed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic ,paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade . level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheelde, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactiom as per MORTH specification no. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface spraying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification Clause - 502

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitmen emulsion V.G. 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with Machenical Broom as per MORD technical specification Clause-503

Providing, laying bituminous Concerete with 100-120 TPH batch Type HMP Producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using cruahed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic ,paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade . level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheelde, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification no. 509 complete in all respects.
