Survey of ground water by any Government/Government approved agency for identification of suitable site (Point) for location of bore well to achieve good yield and potable water complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling of trial bore hole by hydraulic rotary drilling (Reverse Circulation Method) according to IS : 2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended up to date and modified to extent of specified attached with this schedule of items of work in all kinds of soils & boulders up to 250 mm dia the cost of all consumable stores, fuel oil, soil stabilizing material, arrangement & transportation of rig and other accessories to site of proposed bore and back and disposal of soil from the site, for a depth up to 60 metres from ground level complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of drilling rig pumps, fittings etc which shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement for execution of the work.

Development of trial bores by reaming 525mm dia for 60m depth from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installing sample box for displaying samples of strata made out of teak wood plants 25mm thick board, duly French polished out side, size of sample box 1000mm x 1000mm, required nos of samples bins, provided with front open able glazed shutter, 25mm thick duly fitted with 2 Nos 75mm aluminum hinges and 75mm aluminum anodized hasp and staples for locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well with according to Clause 9.3 of IS-2800-1991 (Part-I) as amended up to date and specification attached with air compressor of capacity 250 PSI/1000 CUM till sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 25000 LPH all as specified and directed. Note:- Compressor with accessories and fuel, pipes etc shall be arranged by the contractor.

Yield testing for the tube well by turbine pump and motor (diesel driven) for minimum discharging capacity of 25000 LPH for at least continuous 8 hours uninterrupted run per day for three continuous days complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 'V' Notch and other equipment including pump set shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticised PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 250 mm diameter (Internal), minimum wall thickness 12.5 mm conforming to IS : 12818-2010 including fittings fittings & accessories etc for all depths complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticised PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of 150 mm diameter (Internal), minimum wall thickness 7.5 mm conforming to IS : 12818-2010 including fittings fittings & accessories etc for all depths complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling and lowering 150 mm inner dia unplasticised PVC medium well screen (RMS) with ribs with minimum wall thickness under ribs as 7.5 mm confirming to IS : 12818-2010 including fittings & accessories etc for all depths complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling Pea gravel of size 3 to 6 mm for parking around the housing/assembly, slotted pipe of the bore well, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurement carried out on site.

Supply and fixing accessories for UPVC casing pipes such as UPVC reducer, socket, UPVC end cap, UPVC well cap, centre guide complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The specifications of there items should comply with the requirements for the scope of work and shall be to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Testing of raw and treated water for all parameters covering complete chemical and bacteriological aspect from RRL, Jorhat/DRL Tezpur or any Govt approved/recognized Lab as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed.

Electrologing test by using suitable equitable equipments for the bore hole before sinking/lowering of pipes, Filters etc for assessing proper deliniation of water from govt recognized agency/Govt firm and report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge/GE for approval complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering & jointing Galvanized Iron column pipe ISI marked, 100 mm dia, 3 meter long heavy grade, 6.0 mm wall thickness, including flange at both end complete with nuts, bolts, washers & rubber gasket including groove for cable entry system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, both ends flanged with holes, ISI Marked (IS 14864-2000), including carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc, with CI wheel, fixed to water mains of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing cast iron heavy duty non return valve, PN 1.6 both ends flanged conforming to IS, suitable for 100mm bore pipe (horizontal type) including carbon steel nuts, bolts and washers, rubber gaskets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pressure gauge in pipe line 100 mm dia, 0 to 10 Kg/Sqmm including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing GI/Cast Iron pipe for insertion of new Tee of up to 150 mm bore including jointing materials complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Cost of new Tee is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including suitable size of brass compression cable gland, terminal lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.M wide and n exc 1.5M in depth for taking out/laying CI/GI/UG cables, pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) up to 180mm thickness complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks well burnt laid breadth wise along the length or cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade laid in trenches or floors/road/drain/fixed to wall, poles with suitable size clamps etc completed all as specified and directed.

Supplying lowering fixing commissioning and testing of submersible pumping set in bore well, electrically driven, 415 Volts three phase AC 15 HP 11 KW having a discharge capacity of 750 litres per minute at a head of 54 metres, 10 stage delivery 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth lead Strip 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm 5 5 cm reinforced with 8mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar provision of funnel wire mesh 20mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium Grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043:1987, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying and testing PVC insulated and sheathed flat submersible cable with stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 6 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade including lugs and fixed in submersible pump set complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) TYPE B1 (Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar items including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed works as joist, channels angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates conforming to FE 410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to FE 410-W(Gde E-250) duly welded to MS joint or other sections complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over new steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 10mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls and finishing surface fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 250mm dia internal dia housing pipe, made out of 8mm thick steel plate duly welded with locking arrangement with holes for passing 10 Sqmm flat submersible cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- After completion of the work the cap will be used to keep the tube well closed until the pump set is installed.

Material and labour for mild steel iron clamp (two part), made out of mild steel flat iron 65mm width x 12mm thick of approx 450mm length and reqd as of GI nuts, bolts and washers suitable for holding 100mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm (internal dimension) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanized iron pipe of medium grade, 100mm dia, ISI marked with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back-nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing, wash and for making forged bends on piping as required including wedding if necessary to connect with the existing water supply system complete all as specified and directed.

M & L boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing to accommodate 40mm dia to 150 mm GI pipe without damaging the existing road and getting out any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F best quality mild steel chain, dia of chain strip/rod is 6 mm for protection of submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.
