Repairing, servicing and overhauling of Jockey pump 15 HP, centrifugal Pump and Squirrel Cage induction Motor 15 HP, 2900 RPM, 3 Phase 415 Volt, 15 HHZ discharge appx. 180 LPM at 17 Mtr head, multi-stage including disconnecting and refixing of Suction and delivery pipe and transporting to work shop incl. loading/unloading for necessary repairs such as remetaling, turning of Pump shaft, bearing case of suction & delivery and repairing/renewal of impeller, stage bush, alongwith repair/renewal of unserviceable spare parts, with new spare parts, cast iron welding of Pump casing and making alignment, connecting to motor, testing complete, carrying back from workshop, re-installation of the Pump set complete with existing motor alongwith proper coupling and alignment, including satisfactory testing painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour as directed complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Cutting the road / hard standings including excavating in trenches not exceeding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc. 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the existing road level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of ISI marked 150 mm dia MS pips class 'C' duly welded the joints with and including specials like bends, tees, reducers, flanges etc. as per IS : 1239 for under ground laying for hydrant system in proper position including transportation and all supports as directed, wrapping and coating with Pyp anti corrosion treatment as per IS : 10221 etc., providing tapping for pressure gauge and other instruments, making holes/chasing in wall/ RCC slab if required, including making good to original surface, testing, flushing & cleaning of pipe line by water & making good the same as original for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L or spray painting after scratching with wire brush for removing of old existing paint from the surface of fire fighting plant complete i.e. pump, motor circulating pipe line, connecting valves, electric panels, switches, pipe line inlet and outlet inside of pump house building etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer as per colour code of system approved by Engr-in-charge including writing SM/MES number & marking arrow for flow of water lines inlet and outlet by white synthetic enamel colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation, testing and commissioning in renewal of ISI marked single headed 63mm dia. Gun metal landing Valve, flanged inlet with 63mm dia. female instantaneous outlet confirming to IS-5290 on the fire wet riser/down comer including making 80 NB pipe connection with riser fixing the landing valves in proper positions including supply nuts, bolts, gaskets, caps, chains etc. testing the hydrant and completing the work in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in renewal of weather proof standard fire hose cabinet of size 900mm x 900mm x 600mm outdoor type suitable for accommodating single headed hydrant valve made of not less than 16 SWG MS sheet having central opening glassed door of size 1m x 0.3M (4mm thick clear glass) including necessary locking arrangement with two numbers MS handle of size 150 mm for housing, 15 meter long fire hose pipes, branch pipe and hydrant valve as required including painting (Two coats of the fire red colour over one coat primer). Supply and fix in repair fire alarm main control panel microprocessor based addressable for 2 wire communication with detectors and addressable response indicators together with mimic diagram made on Auto CAD and pasted on Acrylic sheet with data logging facility and 2 x16 character LCD, confirming to IS : 2189 complete with PA based evacuation system and having its own mains/standby power supply with batteries etc. The panel should also have an Auto dialing facility and potential free NO & NC contacts and 80 watts PA amplifier. The Panel should have a capacity of 12 Zones complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall be responsible for maintenance & repair of fire alarm for the entire period of contract.

M&L for scraping the old rusted surface of the MS pipe and applying the one coat of primer and two coats of red enameled paint on existing exposed surfaces of MS pipe of size 50-80mm dia including all connected accessories/fittings and all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing the LT panel board to check the main incoming MCCB of up to 250 Amp capacity and replace the unserviceable parts and ensure the functioning of panel, check the all incoming and outgoing MCCB's terminals and tightening if any loose, removing the carbon portion by applying the CTC or the chemical for better conductivity of terminals/busbar or re-joint the cable after cutting the worn out portion of LT cable up to 120 Sqmm with replace the thimbles/lugs and removing the loop of LT cable from trench/ duct by excavation if required and replacing the cable glands and check serviceability of volt/ammeter, indicator lamps and replace the UNSV part any and scraping the old paint and applying the super enameled flint grey paint with spray gun of compressor on complete LT panel and writing the Incoming and outgoing feeders name with black enameled paint of adequate size of letters complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The required spares parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.
