Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS: 456:2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/ms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cm.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including taying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, eta, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Second Floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel Grills/Ribbed Tor Steels for reinforcement Fe500 HYSD for all floors including cost of steel, binding wire, bending, tying etc, all complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 ( One of cement and five of psand) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including, providing band cornice scaffolding curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Painting the new walls with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer paint work including cost of brushes, cement paints scaffolding curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use).

Providing Polymer coating (Water Proof coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shal be cleaned to remove all dust,foreign,matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry : Dry blend and polymer liquid shall be mixed into desired ratio as per recommandation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix.any lumps found in mix shall be removed.Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleanes surface.After drying,second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc,The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour,etc complete complying with standard specication and as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course with broken brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm gauge broken brick jelly in pure slaked lime ( no sand) over roof slab to the proportion of brick jelly to lime ( Fat lime) being 32: 12 1/2 by volume well beaten with wooden beaters, for giving the required slope and thickness complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of colour Antiskid floor tiles of any size of approved special quality of 6mm thickness laid in cement mortar 1:3( One of cement and three of M.Sand ) 20mm thick for flooring including cost of tiles fixing in position cutting the tiles to the required size wherever necessary pointing the joints with white/ colour cements neatly curing, finishing including cost of cement mortar etc complete and as directed by the departmental Officer Note:( The colour and quality shall be approved from the competent authority before use only one particular size of ceramic wall tiles to be used for one building)

Supplying and fixing in position of colour design glazed wall tiles of any size 6mm thickness laid in cement mortar 1:2( One of cement and two of M.Sand ) 10mm thick for wall facing / dadoing ,skirting over the plastered surfaces including cost of tiles fixing in position cutting the tiles to the required size wherever necessary pointing the joints with white/ colour cements neatly curing, finishing including cost of cement mortar etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Note:( The colour make and quality shall be approved from the competent authority before use ) Note: ( only one particulars size of ceramic wall tiles to be used for one building)

Supplying and fixing of Cast Iron Nahini / Floor Trap with Stainless Steel Grating not less than 110x75mm 4 way / 2 way (Superior variety) having minimum of water seal of 50mm confirm to relevant I.S. specifications with its latest amendments including resting on the bed of brick jelly concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand & ten of 40 mm gauge brick jelly) etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (The PVC Nahani Trap should be got approved from the competent authority before use) .

Supply and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite Board (WPC) solid door frame and 25mm thick shutter, the frame consists of extruded with size 75mm x 50mm. The inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk Density 0.8 Grms/Cub.C.Mt. The Frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10 x 100mm long MS Screw through the frame by using PVC fasteners A minimum of 3Nos screws to be provided for each vertical member. The overall size of frames shall be with suitable rebate for housing the shutters and the shutters consists of 25mm thick Polymer Composite Board (WPC) single core Extruded door shutter, with one side digital Embo printing design. To avoid duplication, the printing design shall have the logo of the WPC brand approved by departmental officers. Supplying and fixing Gyp Board false ceiling 10 mm thick using best quality Gyp Board perforated tiles with glass wool at at the bottom of roof beam and roof slab using ‘u’ shaped Galvanized iron channel of size 25 x 25 x 0.55mm thick at 1.20m center to center on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing ‘u’ shape GI channel of size 50 x 30 x .055mm thick at 0.60 m center to center on cross direction and fixing of ‘u’ shaped GI channel of size 50 x 10 x 0.055mm thick at 0.90m center to center on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing of plaster of Paris on the panel provided as per design/ pattern given by the site officers and finishing the ceiling surface with some plaster of Paris materials etc. Necessary opening should be made for providing spot light florescent tubes in the ceiling by using kit ply 10mm thick and opening should be covered with Acrylic panel complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete. Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 270 kgs / m3, weight 4kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally skelet CT15 W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15 W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Sisoli Serene / Slate Spirts / Slate Polka of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.5 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Supply and Fixing of Aluminium Anodized natural colour matt finish extruded box section with Gyp Board on Both side partition with 63.50mmx38.10mmx1.41mm at 0.818 Kg/m extruded box section at bottom, and Horizontal members on edges and vertical members are spaced at 60cm center to center and required height from floor level, panels should be covered with Gyp Board 12.5mm thick on both sides with necessary aluminium clips of size 19mmx17.30mmx0.90mm at 0.124kg/m, L angles, Screws etc., The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness.
