Providing and fixing of 1st class teak wood hand raling with top rail size 100mm x 75 mm with curved corner & side groves 2 nos medians at top bottam of size 100 mm X 75 mm having ht. 1.0 mtr & carvin, supporting blusters of size 50mm x 50mm of ht. 700 mm between top & bottam medians at alterneted tread, middles & bottam reail size 75 mm to 50 mm, starting end blusters of railing size 100 x 75mm having ht. 1.20 mtr with fixing 6 mm thick toughen glass panle of size 35 x800 mm on 3 site of starting and end blusters, newel post of teak wood having 100 mm dia will be fixed on top of both start and end blusters, including dash fastner, nails/adhesive, wood primer/ putty@ 0.3 kg per sqm & melamine polishing complete as per enclosed design & drawing & direction given by enginner incharge.

Providing and fixing 22 oz. loop pile carpet(Capital,Unitex or eq.) with precision tufted loop piles with 6mm thick PU foam fixed to existing levelled floor with synthetic adhesives as approved by the manufacturer.

Supply valvet fabric curtain with fixing of 32 MM SS Curtain road with hardware and stiching of curtain fabric complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Executive table as per design 12' x 3.6' x 2.7' made of 19mm board with veneer and teak wood moulding complete with polishing. Drawers will have a Hettich, Indaux or euivalent soft close push back channels. Middle portion of the top will be 6' in length and 42" in width. the side portion will be 3' x 4' to be cut in shape.
