SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R PORTION)

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00m and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Taking out / down unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/ HT poles of any cross sectional area including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items (ii) Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use

Laying only serviceable HT cable XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor of size from 95 to 185 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade complete all as directed. Note: Serviceable HT cable obtained from ser item No 3 shall be reused.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 185 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 120 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old serviceable PCC cable cover in trenches for under ground cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 100 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for auguring under road, pavement, hard standing, runway lines by trenchless technology using latest boring technique and necessary machine for insertion of GI pipe of 100 mm and 80 mm bore complete all as as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, out door end termination heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC cable route marking of size 150 x 50 x 600 mm for Under Ground cable complete all as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor from its existing position complete all as directed.

Supply, stringing and fixing on existing/new poles, ACSR conductor of any type/ size including fixing to insulators with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable MS cross arms bracings and supports, clamps nut bolts complete all as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts washers,welding,bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape/size as directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable HT insulators any size/type/capacity and keeping aside for safe custody for further disposal complete all directed.

M&L pin type porcelain insulator of size 150mm height, 150 mm dia, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified as directed

M & L for Disc type insulator double disc insulator, porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green one/two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete single disc assembly complete all as directed.

Dismantling & taking out the old steel tubular HT poles complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including necessary formwork finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & errect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & washer 11.00 mtr long,Type 410 SP-55, including painting with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to steel tubular swaged HT poles including cross arms, clamps and light brackets of any description after preparation of old painted surfaces with one coat aluminium paint including marking pole No as per existing and painting lower portion of pole in alternate layer of black and yellow shade with synthetic enamen paint complete all as directed.

M&L for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross-section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs lightning arrestors, expulsion type complete with all fittings such as bolts, nuts, washers etc having transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11000 volts all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11KV outdoor type Polymer based gang operated air brake switch triple pole, suitable for verticle mounting complete with explusion fuses, GI operating rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps, each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS / ISS non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavelly tinned to withstand weather including dismantling the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Polymer based dropout fuse unit complete set for 11 KV, HT single pole,outdoor suitable for current rating of 200 Amps including jumper connections with copper flexible designed jumper and testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

M & L for detecting carefully the fault location of HT UG cable of size 95 sq mm to 185 sq mm 3 core either HT cable fault locator machine or any other method and taking out the/remove the faulty portion of cable from undergound /over all length respectively including meggering /connecting/testing on completion all as directed by Engr-in charge. Note:-(i) Excavation & earth work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item (ii) Stright throught joint for HT cable shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item, Dummy located trail will not allowed or measured.

Cutting tree branches upto 3 metre distance from conductor complete all as directed.

S&F test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexa head screw, enclosures made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet cubical shape with opening door and fixing screws, porcelin post insulator 50mm long with GI screw nuts 02 Nos, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces, fixed on wall or pole using suitable clamps/grouting of bolts complete all as directed.

Opening VCB 11 KV of capacity 400 Amps to 800 Amps of any Make for servicing, cleaning tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing, inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 m by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar 100 mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009
