M&L for comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of central Air conditioning plant Make : Voltas of capacity 100 TR Model : EGWFXR1001MLB2 and connected ventilation system existing at 39 FAD Bharatpur as per manufacturers instructions by authorised dealer of company for 3 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 100 TR , each single stage, 3000 RPM,415 Volts, 3 Phase,50 Hz, semihermatic electric motor of capacity 67 KW, shell and tube type condensor with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM with carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit, including descaling of machine and connected water pipeline using suitable chemical for descaling of shell and tube type evaporator alongwith valve arrangement for the descaling work , greasing , lubrication of moving parts and finding out leakage in the system, leakage repair including brazing, Nitrogen Testing, providing brass check valves/nuts and recommissioning of 100 TR water cooled Screw Chiller complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor shall submit a report of inspection and verified the correctness of chiller system/Plant as per OEM. (ii) Cost of spares, refrigrant and compressor oil as wherever required to be replaced/ replenished shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M&L for replacement of Old lube oil of Screw compressor, flushing and replacement with New Lube oil all as per specification of OEM standard (SOLSET-120) including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Drier Core as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Danfoss.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Filter Drier all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Danfoss.

M&L for charging of Refrigerant R-134A in the system to its rating capacity to the extent to full fill required temperature conditions and service leak testing and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of temperature sensors in the incoming/outgoing water pipeline of the chiller unit all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of pressure transducers on the chiller unit all as per existing site and specifications complete all as specified and directed. Make: MCS Control/Danfoss.

S&F in replacement of Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) of Make : Danfoss along with driver module (DSIO) compatible with the EXV, digital type along with connected accessories on the control panel board complete all as specified and directed. Make: MCS Controls/Danfoss

S&F in replacement of driver for Expansion valve all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. Make: MCS Control/Danfoss.

S&F in replacement of Switching Fuse Unit (SFU) in chiller unit panel of Capacity-160-200 Amps 415 V AC complete all as specified and directed. Make : Siemens/L&T legrand.

S&F in replacement of HRC Fuse in chiller unit panel of Cap-160 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make : Siemens/L&T legrand.

M&L for complete overhauling of condenser/chiller centrifugal pumpset of 20LPS and 12.5HP motor by engaging sufficient man power and suiatble T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnection suction and discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the pumpset from MS Foundation including Greasing, replacement of spares if required Alignment of pump and refit the same complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Replacement of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this sch 'A'. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to included the cost of miscellaneous items such as cotton waste, grease and other consumables etc.

M&L for dismantling and Taking out defective monoblock pump of pipe size (80mm x 65mm) and head 18 to 40m and discharge upto 550 LPM , Make - Kirloskar from foundation and shifting it to workshop for repair / grinding of Impellers, replacing of bearings-02 Nos of existing size and make, seals ,shaft key etc complete. Refitting on foundation after repair testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Unserviceable motor of Cap-12.5 HP, type and make as per site including disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely, insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of Unserviceable motor of Cap-7.5 HP, type and make as per site including disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely, insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete overhauling to Hot water generator of 200KW, output by unscrewing and draining out water to detect leakages, welding wherever necessary, removing burnt heater by unscrewing nuts and bolts, cleaning, removing slit etc from bottom level of tank, scrapping out rust/algae including putting insulation sleeves to bare conductors replacement of spares and re-assembling all the dismantled components and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this sch 'A'.

Supply only following spares for Hot Water Generator of Capacity - 200 KW, Vertical Type with 04 No of Steps and 08 No of heaters complete all as specified and directed. Make of Hot Water Generator - Rapid Cool

M&L for complete overhauling to FRP based Cooling Tower of Capacity 100 TR by dismanteling PVC Honeycomb Fills, Coupling cooling Fan, sprinkellers, draining out of water, removing Algae, slit, cleaning complete cooling tower body by removing scale, dust, dirt, cleaning existing external surface and servicing of mechanical componenets and welding to cross members and frame bracing components incl repair/replacement of Bottom Tray (FRP Plate) of cooling tower, including replacement of gear box bearings, Gear Oil, mechanical coupling replacement of spares if required and overhauling of the complete transmission system of cooling tower and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for complete overhauling to AHUs of Capacity 8000CFM complete with various accessories i.e. blower with casing, Chiller water coil, Hot water coil, filter & Filter frame, drive motor, humidification kit, motorised control valves, control panel including descaling of chilled/hot water coils, Greasing, Lubricating of moving parts and Repair/Replacement of bush, thrust plate, gland packing, driver pully, driver shaft and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 'Y' type cast iron strainer of size 125mm bore PN 10 both side flanged as per HS code :8481 including all jointing material i.e. Nut, Bolt, washer, Packing material etc duly insualted with checking, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LT control cable of 1100 v,1.5 sqmm, 6 core copper condutor PVC insulated PVC Sheathed , round wire armoured for AHU's LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for brick protection with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F or laying galvanixed steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles/walls under road crossing of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using suitable tools and machinery for laying of pipe upto 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this sch 'A'.
