Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide & n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying under ground cables/erection of pole and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item no.1 above but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus material (Soil) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe light grade100 mm dia as protection to cable along the pole / across road crossing/through culvert/passing through ceiling/walls with necessary clamps-02 nos(Flat iron 50x6mm) with ,nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv/damaged PCC/steel pole complete with all accessories incl demolition of concrete with necessary excavation and earth work incl site clearance complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation and erection in true vertical or to be planted as strut steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300mmx300mm at bottom duly welded and MS pole cap at top,poles made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 1161 part-II, type 410 SP -31(9.0m long) including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms/clamps, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminum paint for expose surface and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three black/white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole no. with black paint at suitable height complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item no.6 above but 410 SP-55(11.0 mtr long) complete with MS base plate of size 300x300 , 6mm thick on the bottom ,welded at the centre with a through hole of 14 mm dia at a height of 300mm above the planting depth complete all as directed

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(Using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation of poles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2((Using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation of stays and coping around poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F forCross arms bracings, support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint, complete all as specified and directed.
