Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out any type of soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as specified and as directed.

Laying in trenches fine sieved excavated dry soil including spreading/leveling, cushioning for underground cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of common burnt clay building bricks, sub class B size for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, 3.5/4 in replacement of the following sizes cross-sectionl area including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed:- (Note: Earth work and connected items will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule)

Taking out from trenches/poles/wall etc LT XLPE UG Cable /PVC Sheathed aluminium conductor armoured and relaying after fault rectification duly tested in trenches/Poles/Wall of following sizes : (Note: Earth work and connected items will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule)

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1.1 KV LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Excavation,earth work,cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Material and labour for emergency maintenance work of LT cable line during breakdown by deploying skilled electricians at faulty site including transportation and other tools and plant required at site for fault rectification.(c) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per hour shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.

Supply and Fixing of Straight through joints heat shrink type for underground cable suitable for LT XLPE/ PVC sheathed/ armoured heavy duty cables with aluminium conductor all as specified and as directed of following sizes:-

3.5/ 4 core, 16 sqmm to 50 sqmm

3.5/ 4 core, 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm

3.5/ 4 core, 150 sqmm to 185 sqmm

Repair and welding work the existing panel board door with provision of new door by taking down the old rusted door and provided hinges for door, if necessary and lock arrangement with provision of suitable size of sliding bolt and cleaning the welding surfaces by rubbing and polishing with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated , PVC sheathed,fire resistant, round ,copper conductor, 3 core industrial cable of size 1.50 sqmm including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 11 above but size of 2.50 sqmm including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole of following sizes including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from LT panel inner and outer surface of front and rear doors including all compartment of MCCBs,busbar chamber,cable tray etc with one coat of same existing colour synthetic enamel paint by means of spray gun complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from LT tubular pole of 7.5 Mtr long above ground level , painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole with one coat of aluminium paint including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps etc , including writing the MES No with white paint over black band of paint at a level of 1.2 m above ground level on each pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for MCCB 63 amps ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC, 16 KA breaking capacity. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 16 above but of capacity 100 amps, 25 Ka including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for MCCB 160 amps ,4 pole 415 volts ,3 phase ,50 Hz AC, 36 KA breaking capacity. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 18 but of capacity 200 amps including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 18 but of capacity 250 amps including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/clearing and removing the vegetation/bush/creepers growth any nature/type around/on the electric panel/feeder pillar box/busbar chamber so as to keep clean the area for easy access to carry out repair/maintenance works in electric panel/feeder pillar box/busbar chamber etc, removing from site and throwing out at a place where directed at distance not exceeding 250mtr away complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of pole mounted Sheet Moulded Compound(SMC) Box weather proof type with hinged type door off white color of size 300x200x100 mm comprising of 1 No MCB 6A and 4 rows with terminals with bolt and nut and connecting up cables with aluminium terminal lugs complete fixed on pole with suitable clamps, bolts and nuts including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item no. 24 above but size of 140x140x100 mm comprising of 1 No MCB 6A and 2 rows including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,Fabricate, install, connect, test and commissioning Busbar chamber, powder coated, outdoor weather proof type, compartmentalised fabricated with 3 mm thick CRCA steel and suitable sized pressed steel frame work, top with sloping canopy, bottom with detachable plates, front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit , chamber for aluminium busbars, separate compartment for switch gear, louvers and air vent for natural air flow, holes drilled for connection including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/ supports, excavation, earth work, PCC foundation etc., as required with and including following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated, complete mounted on PCC pillars including taking down the old busbar chamber and demolition of old plain cement concrete complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:-

(i) 4 Nos busbar of equal size of Aluminium conductor with PVC coloured heat shrinkable type sleeves continuous rating of 400 Amps mounted on fibre reinforced insulator.(1set), with LED indication lamps-03 Nos for RYB phases on incoming side. (ii) MCCB fixed thermal magnetic release type of capacity 200 amps, 4 pole, 36 kA.- 1 Nos. Note : MCCB shall be front handle operated.

M&L for fixing in replacement of Aluminum Bus Bar having current rating 600 Amp duly insulated with colour coding RYB and Black all as specified and as directed including making holes on the bus bar for making necessary connections all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Angle Iron for fixing Panel body shall be fixed on iron angle frame of size 40x40x5mm 40 cm grouted in 1:2:4 type 1 PCC 20 mm graded and 40 cm above the ground level duly painted with two coat of synthetic enammelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in replacement Ammeter meter 100x100mm 0-100 amps of CT ratio 100/5, Digital type volts includind all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing in replacement Voltmeter meter 100x100mm 0-500 Volts, DIgital type volts in cludind all electrical connectioncomplete all as specified and directed .

Supply and spreading Hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces using broken stones for LT Panels yard/Transformer yard etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of earth pit incl required exacavation, earth work and PCC work to make good damaged/disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber & making new pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced and lifting handle on RCC cover with 8 mm MS bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways incl supply & fixing of wire mesh and funnel including re-connection of earth wire/strip with panel/eqpts using GI nut, bolts & washer complete all as specified & directed

PART II -PROVN OF SHED IN FRONT OF P-24 AT OD AVADI

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in sooft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as plain Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and erection / fixing of Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete conforming to Grade Fe-410-W, Gde E-250, Quality A all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix MS plates (Plain or Chequered) channels , Square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes , with riveted, bolted or welded attachment of FE 410 W (Gde-E 250) quality "S" complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for 0.63mm thick Galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting confirming to IS 277:2003 with grade of zinc coating 275, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and erection / fixing of Rolled mild steel joists, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently, without connecting plates, cut to ordinary lengths, fixed as in beams and purlin etc., complete conforming to Fe-410-W, Gde E-250, Quality A all as specified and as directed.
