S&F PP-R Gate Valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site of size 63 mm dia bore (outer dia of pipe in mm) compete all as specified and directed.

S&F high pressure single head chemical dosing system of power input 230V, 50Hz, 40SPM, 1/30 fractional HP, pressure 5 Kg/ Sqcm of maximum output 6.5 ltr / hrs with complete accessories like lead tubing, connecting ferrule, check valves etc of following accessories. (a) High pressure single head chemical dosing system of power input 230Volt, 50 Hz , 40 SPM , 1/30 fractional HP, pressure 5 Kg/sqcm with max output 6.5 ltr/hrs with complete accessories like lead tubing, connecting ferrule, check valves etc (b) 100 liters FRP dosing tank TOP dia 540mm x bottom dia 480mm x height 575mm consisiting of water inlet line. Supply only Calcium hyochlorite 65% to 70% chlorine contents in granular form (calcium based Granular disinfectant for water treatement all as specified and directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R existing distribution branch with PP-R pipe of size 63 mm outer dia by providing necessary fittings including cutting and making fusion joints complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, well cesspits, manholes etc / for laying of cable/ pipe etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 7098), ISI marked, in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.

Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply and laying cable protection bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete or sub base of floor/ hard standing/ footpath,pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, Pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Diesel Engine : Diesel engine of capacity of 58.5 KVA, 04 cylinder, water cooled , Turbocharged intercooled, developing 75.5 BHP aat 1500 RPM, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke engine designed to run continuously @ 1500 RPM. The Diesel Engine conforms to present CPCB IV + norms. The diesel engine comprise of following:- (a) Radiator with fan (b) Electric starter motor with soft starting system (c) Electronic Governor (G3 as per ISO 8528 Part V class governor) (d) Battery charging alternator (e) Dry type Air Cleaner with service indicator (f) CRDI System (g) Lubricant oil and fuel filter (h) DOC, EGR (j) First fill of lube oil and coolant (k) Battery as per OEM.

The alternator confirming to IS:4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition.

Acoustic Enclosure : Provision of an integral type approved and certified accoustic enclosure insulated with fire-retardant and nosie abosorbent PU foam so as to comply with nose level of 75 dB(A) at distance of 1 meter in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 Part 10 specified by Ministry of Environment and Forest include of following :- (a) The enclosure is of modular construction (b) Durable industrial locking system is provided on door.
