E/W in excavation in trenches for foundation and pipes, cables etc. in ordinary soil ( loan clay or sand ) i/c lift up to 1.5m and lead upto 50m and dressing of sides and ramming of sides and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the E/I witthin a lead of 50 m as per S.I. No. 251.

P/L of cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand : 12 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete, i/c cost of formwork in foundation and floors.as per S.I.No. 273.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil i/c lead upto 30m distance & lift upto 1.5 m. required for proper completion of the work as perS.I. no. 253 .

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of E/I S.I. NO.305b.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete. as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing and laying of Interlocking (Zig-zag Type) Concrete Block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504.

12 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement & 4 coarse sand ) as per SI 584+(583-582).

Providing and laying of P.C.C. Work in 1:2:4 , cement , coarse sand , 20 mm gauge stone grit of not less than strength of M - 150 and curing complete I/c all material , labour and T & P etc. . required for proper completion of the works .(S.I. NO.279b).

Providing and laying of R.C.C. work with cement , approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 6 aggregate ) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but i/c its fixing and binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also i/c supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the works strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 as per SI No. 284.

Mild steel or Iron in Plain such as R.C.C. and R.B. work (when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary i/c bending for proper completion of the work and i/c supply of steel its wastage bend hooks authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. as per SI No. 504.
