Ese type lighting arrester for 60 mtr range dia. as stated below as per DGMS (Tech) Circular no. 10 of 2020 Dhanbad dated 23.06.2020 stated that the design and specification of ESE system to be installed shall be in accordance with the relevant Indian/ International Standard and should be tested in NABL or internationally recognized laboratory as a pre-requisite prior to its use. The minimum test certificates required: Type of Test: A switching impulse wave negativity polarity. The ESE Arresters should comply with the IEC 62305-3. The Early Streamer Emission arrester (ESE) should ensure class 1 level protection (with minimum 98% efficiency) surronding about atleast 60 mtr. of its horizontal radious on the ground.
