M & L for 60 mm thick M-40 grade precast concrete interlocking paver blocks using grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 as directed laid dry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning 25mm thick below paver block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting Plates.(Fe-290)(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum ,getting out soft or loose soil ,returning ,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n exc 1.5 sqm each and making good with existing surface and including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm and not n.exc 4.0 sqm each and making good with existing surface and incl removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium anodised powder coated of approved colour, sliding type three track (02 glazed shutters and 01 gauzed shutter) window with sliding shutter and frame with and including aluminium grill, 5 mm thick tinted glass and mosquito proofing net as detailed below complete all as specified and directed : - (i) Frame section 91.85 X 31.75 X 1.30 mm, section No. 8758 for top and sides rails and 91.85 X 31.75 X 1.20 mm for bottom rail, section No. 8687. (ii) Shutter for top, bottom and side rails 40 X 18 X 1.50 mm, section No. 8820. (iii) Glass 5.00 mm thick one side reflective glass and other side visible fixed with rubber gasket and aluminium clips bearing section No. 4407 and necessary handles, tower bolt etc. as directed. (v) Stainless steel wire cloth fix with aluminium fame (vi) Filling of gap between wall and aluminium frame with silicon putty to make it proper water tight. (vii) Locking arrangement and providing Namda rope to make the frames air tight. (viii) Anodised aluminum grill (anodised transparent or dyed to reqd shape according to IS:1868 with min anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design /pattern,with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass /stainless steel screw @200 mm center to center including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the openning all complete as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-charge

Demolition to stone slab and granite laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors/pavings/cladding etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and incl providing edge moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders;Chajjas, framed balusters; walk ways; railings; cooler stand, stair, framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings. complete all as specified and directed

Roughening the surface of the existing concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean, and washing with water to remove all dust, mud, etc, and applying neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg per sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, roofs, etc., finished even and fair, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of roof top surface and walls, providing and applying single-component elastic cold-applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, Co-Elastic Technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 104 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3 mm at corners joints, channels, and parapets shall be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats, including One coat of primer of Smart Care Damp Proof Suprema with a minimum coverage of 0.75 litre per sqm, diluted up to 30% for the priming coat and laying of reinforced fibre net and applying two coats (without dillution) of Smart Care Damp Proof Suprema@ total consumption of 1.2 litres per sqm, to achieve a minimum dry film thickness of 1.5 mm and elongation at break of approximately 350%. The material shall be applied by brush or roller, maintaining a minimum 6-hour interval between successive coats, and completed in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge / Consultant. Note: Waterproofing treatment shall be executed only by an authorised applicator only.
