ADDITION ALTERATION AND SPECIAL REPAIRS OF VIDHYALAYA WASHROOMS AT KV NO II UNDER AGE BR II OF GE NW VASCO VASCO GOA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work/ concrete surface to receive tiles

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick to rceive floor tiles in cement plaster 1:6

S&F glazed ceramic tiles, coloured of size 450x300x7mm thick with on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match all as specified.

S&F Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match

Taking down chowkat/frame with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

Taking down chowkat/frame with shutters nexc 1.5 Sqm with shutters and refixing in same after necessary repairs including cleats handles etc

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking ouit joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Supply & Fixing Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 micron) Aluminium anodised frame for door, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer -in-charge. Note: (a) Item shall be paid as per D1 act weight of aluminium section. b) The rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrangement including required builder hardware complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing surface area.

Supply & Fixing Powder coated Aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters (opening/sliding) for doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved making conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dis and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i,e. at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screw all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer -in-charge.
