Note : Light Shade/ Dark Shade/ Colour/ Design of the tiles as approved by GE.

Installed on G.I studs 600x600mm center to center 2400mm X 50mm web thickness 0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating with a backing of 50mm 1000 GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002 for excellent results. including taking down old wall panelling and similar work and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing False ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles 476 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws incl dismantling of old False Ceiling. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions.

M&L Modular Brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete over a coat of primer over 1 mm thick Wall Care Putty including preparation on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 mm thick Granite slab, polished as mirror finish without any hairline crack, as in cooking platforms, steps, window cills, incl proper edge moulding & cutting holes for gas pipe through drill machine and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl dismantling and rubbish off premises or removed to store complete all as specified and directed.
