Surface exc 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep in Hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15 mm thick screed bed 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as approved pattern and design complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed. Make : Anjali tile/Ultra tiles/Mehtab tiles or equivalent makes.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type, B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coping,benching, smooth without using extra cement for paver block on both sides of path as required including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of Random rubble ,uncoursed well bonded solidly hearted ,built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm grade Stone Aggregate) as in coping including use and waste of form work and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber joints for rain water carrying fixed to walls , connected to rain water harvesting pits complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boulders or broken stone filling and hard packing (any thickness) at back of walls and raising (or lowering) to required level as in aggregate stainer 300x300x300 mm for weep holes complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Boulders pitching ,laid dry and hand packing tightly grouted in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, watering, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm using excavated soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.
